I wish they charged for samples so that I wouldn’t feel limited or shamed. They don’t really allow you to sample much. If they want to keep tasting free, then they should have an option where they can charge you at a certain point if you want to continue tasting wines. After all it’s apart of the experience! Perhaps they don’t want to be liable on behalf of their customers for being under the influence, but I doubt that’s the reason because the samples are not big enough to have that kind of concern. I usually bought 4-6 bottles every time I’ve been there. I’ve been buying in-store because my last experience wasn’t as pleasant as it has been. The young man came across as a bit pretentious. I also miss your chair. Had you asked me two years ago I would have given it a higher rating. :/

If I could give them a zero, I would. They charged me $20 for shipping, shipped it to my billing address and not the address that I entered in for the wine to be shipped to, were rude and unhelpful when I called to give this resolved and I will NEVER order wine from here again. I then had to drive two hours from my house to the nearest FedEx location because they wouldn’t leave it at my door while I work, and paid AGAIN at I have it shipped where it was supposed to go. They did not offer to credit me back for the outrageous shipping charges and provided no help at ALL. There were multiple people talking in the background when I called and again, the girl I spoke to had a rude and unhelpful attitude as soon as she answered and was zero help. I love this little winery! They make all there own wine and have flavors to please all wine lovers and even those (like me) who aren't normally fans of wine. There are always seasonal flavors and only the best ingredients. Nothing to cause a headache the next day. You can find everything wine related as well. I have purchased many gifts from this shop. There are so many unique, fun, sassy pieces to choose from. The owners are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is a perfect place to shop locally!
