Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New Bedford

Unfortunately I tried to contact another manager and while there was over 20 employees so to say behind the desk. Let's assume matt manager, handled the order. Wouldn't accommodate a location issue becauseb app. It's sad to say but he could have fixed this issue easily. But he still wants to charge money and waste my time.

Update about 5 weeks later 10/28/24 Pizza could not be held at a hot temperature while sitting in the building. If not picked up within half an hour (20 minutes) the cheese doesn't separate on the pizza. Does not have a cheese pull formation when picked up from inside the building. and the boneless chicken insides aren't hot anymore (luke warm) I just updated even worse ratings.. sucks but at least I'm honest. The food quality at this location on Rockdale Ave. has significantly declined over the years. Occasionally my pizzas are delivered hot & fresh out of the oven (as it should be). More often than not my order arrives cold, and looks unappetizing. As a former employee, I am aware that it is unacceptable for food to sit on the rack as long as they do. A previous order had sat for 20 minutes. Today, 15. I would think that a huge company such as Dominos would value their frequent customers.
