Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Bedford

I ordered a signature med. Carmel craze latte, through the drive thru. When I got home it was blueberry, even though the tag on the cup said original. I went back, I didn't like the blueberry or I would have drank it, n went inside explained to the girl, after she asked me questions as if I didn't know what blueberry tasted like or I had never had one before, she finally made me a new one. Mine you I was nice about it. she made me a new one, I asked for a straw n she picked up the latte I returned n put it near me to take that straw that was used...I said oh, no thank you, I didn't like that blueberry, she said well the straws are over there, pointing to the other end of the store, even though right beside her was straws??? This is the same girl last week that told me when u order a special latte, I needed to call it signature Carmel craze or I would be stuck with a regular Carmel latte next time. I'll drive a mile further to get the correct coffee, especially at over 4.00 for a med. And that I spend 30.+...

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've had service from. There is a certain few staff members that have been rude to me because there was an error with my order and I asked for a refund I had to wait several days to get refunded. This was about a year ago and I stopped going there for that reason. I come back and the same Said staff members just ignored me and walked by me and didn't see what I needed or speak to me ... it was the girl that colors her hair different coolrs and the guy with the long pony tail. Get over it what a way to hold a grudge just for me asking for my money back and I wasnt rude just firm. Im.sorry if your such Delicate Little flowers GET OVER ITTTT RUDEEEEE and Also when I did go back recently I asked for light ice and they gave me half a drink when I've gone to other dunkins and they have made it correctly and 3 days in a row they made it correctly online at tgis said location I dont...

This place is terrible. You would be lucky to get a decent order from this place, or to even get your bread half toasted. Oh did you want a chocolate covered donut ? They will make sure to throw it in the bag faced down so that you can peel it off and enjoy whatever frosting is left on it that that isn't sticking to the bottom of the bag still. Its sad that i put myself through the misery of having to order here sometimes and pray that i can get a decent breakfast, since its my only option when I don't have the time to go to the other end of the city. I would suggest only ordering Coffee from this place and even then they will manage to mess that up as...
