I’ve given up on this place. Although it’s very far from authentic Italian food, I have been a consistent customer over the years even when chefs didn’t make the food that great — cause hey we all have bad days not everything will always be right. But you figure especially being around the holiday season a lot of people really enjoy ordering family platters for get togethers etc that the food would be great … tonight I ordered the chicken broccoli ziti with garlic bread, it’s usually a big hit. After ordering from them throughout this year here and there and now tonight every time I have picked up the order the platter is WATERY, and has no flavor. And the garlic bread I’m just not sure what’s going on, I thought it was just me but I guess that’s just there style of having very soggy bread with a stale bitter taste, I don’t know if that taste would be different if they cooked the bread more but every time I bite into it I’m like “what the heck is that“ times are hard on everyone and I don’t have that kind of spending money to waste on food especially platters when I’m always having get togethers with family, I didn’t have time to call back and get it redone and it’s to much of a hassle because I drive 20 mins from a different city every time to go...

What am I missing here? I feel like it's me, not them and not everyone who is reviewing... It's me, not you lol... I appreciate the generational history of this place, which makes me try to like it. I've ordered a few times trying to say "Well, I must've gotten them on a bad day or something," but no more. The pizza crust is straight off the food truck, it's a cracker crust, very thin, hard, and the crust around the outside does not rise at all. The pizza sauce is very "thick." The steak and cheese was over salty, we threw it out after three people tried to eat it, but none could. I didn't mind the buffalo tenders, the flat ones that come from the freezer; the hot sauce was good and hot, but so much hot sauce, the bath of it, made the breading mushy and it fell off the tender when I tried to eat it. So I baked them more and they were fine. The pizza was better after retoasting it, like a crusty flatbread, but who wants to cook the delivery food again before eating it? So sorry to you and your loyal customers, but I can't be the only one here that has this opinion. You're friendly on the phone and serve the southcoast very well....

We have been coming here for years. Can’t believe how awful our experience was last night. Showed up on a Saturday night and should have known by looking around not one person seated for dining. Just thought maybe people just like to get takeout. We ordered a pizza, an order of spaghetti with clam sauce and chicken wings. The pizza literally came out with a puddle of water in the middle from the veggies I guess. The spaghetti was disgusting, basic spaghetti no taste and a can of chopped clams - I have nothing else to say about that. The chicken wings were fine but I know those are ordered frozen and just fried there, so whatever. Even the wine I had was obviously open for a while. Felt kind of sad when we left because we’ve been coming here for years and I don’t think we’ll ever...
