Primo's Pizza — Restaurant in New Bedford

Delivered to wrong apt. I am 70.delivered to 201 and not 209.they billed my credit card 15.00. I called primo three times. They hung up on me.ive used them for over 6 years and always satisfied.i did say apt 209.i went to apt.201.the black lady handed me the box half gone. I didn't take it backk.she should had known better.her name is shawna.but I think she is kind of slow. She didn't know it was mine. Primo forgot the delivery the first time and I had to recall. He had forgotten it.the third call the cruelest man said I told them apt.201. He spoke rude to me that I received the pizza and I billed the credit card for the large mushroom pizza 11.25 and I added 3.75 for the tip.i had the worst crying jags and had to take two nitroglycerin pills.im mostly bedbound.i called the police station and I believe the police are going there tomorrow to retrieve my mon÷y.they caused me so much emotional and physical harm they should be shut down and they should be brought to court for emotional abuse and theft.beware don't ever go to primo's anybody.i wass one of their best customers for years.i learned my lesson.even if they were punished no amount of money would undo the emotional and physical damage done to me.i am poor on food stamps and masshealth and live in hud housing.THIS HURT ME CRUELLY HOW THEY TALKED TO ME ON THIRD CALL AND TOTALLY DISRESPECTED ME.IM GOING TTO HAVE PEOPLE GO PICKET THERE AND CALL WBSM talk line. Won't be ordering from Primo's anymore. Been 3 hours since I've ordered and in that time, it took them: an hour to make it, and 2 hours driving around with the pie in the driver's car. I'll explain:

At the 1 hour and 15 minute mark, i call the store and inquire as to where it is. They say It's gonna be there very soon as it's left the store. I say okay. Hang up.

At about 1 hour and 40 minutes, I see a car with it's highbeams ON ME, waiting outside, shaking my arms up and down like a maniac- He doesnt see me.

Look at my phone. Says 3 missed calls. My phone auto-declines any numbers that are suspicious so I didnt hear it ring. I call him up. Says he called me 5 times (lie) and said he was going to do his other deliveries then mine.

I call up the store to ask as to why they didnt even come to the door and knock and tell them I was literally right there in his highbeams- and he somehow didn't see me.

She defends him more and says he tried calling and insisted once he was done with his other deliveries, hed get to me.

He never got to me. And you won't be getting any more of...

I had ordered from this place as it was convenient for a quick meal considering it was after 10 picked up my order around 10:30 got home which is probably 4 blocks away looked at my order and realized that it was wrong called right away to get a hold od the and still had to call five times to even get an answer. The guy on the phone picks up named Elijah very rude with tons of attitude I had told him my situation that I had paid for and ordered a double cheeseburger meal and got a single cheeseburger meal with none of the toppings that I had ordered and paid for instead and his response to me was "and????we are closed...the workers are gone!" Which it was still 1040 and they closed at 11... so i responded with a "AND ID LIKE WHAT I PAID FOR" once more he replied with "we are closed" and once more i replied with NO you are not closed, you close at 11 so id like to know how u are going to rectify this situation... his only response after that was to call him at 12 o clock the next day... very unprofessional will NOT be ordering from this...
