Pizza Hut — Restaurant in New Braunfels

Worst pizza I have had in as long as I can remember. Ordered the big box dinner with the 2 pizzas, breadsticks and wings.

First I got the messages it had been delivered when it hadn’t, called them to ask what was going on and couldn’t get a hold of the direct location but instead got a call center. They said their system was messing up and the order was still on the way. 30 minutes later it finally arrived.

The pizza was so dry with minimal topping, Sa’s ice and cheese that there was barely a difference in the breadsticks vs the pizza. There was maybe a teaspoon of sauce spread across the whole pizza, maybe a palm full of cheese for the whole pizza and a whopping 5 pepperonis on this whole pizza.

The wings we flavored nice but were so burnt and meat dry it was hard to get them down, thank goodness for the amount of sauce and ranch yo help swallow them.

Overall the pizza was junk and I will not be taking my business...

I'm so pissed. I place an order for delivery at the Ponderosa rental houses and i asked a second time to make sure they would deliver and the associate on the phone said yes. 10 Minutes later I called back the same pizza hut from the same number so I could add a couple pizzas, they said my first order wasn't even placed. So I placed both orders. They told me my pizza would be delivered in about 30 minutes,

OVER AN HOUR LATER... I called to ask where was my order and they said, "O we don't deliver to your area". Thanks guys, no discount, no nothing, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. So now I'm sitting here hungry as hell after being on the river all day, over an hour and half after I placed my initial order and everyone is closed now. Thanks again pizza hut. I'm glad I didn't give these...

If I could leave negative stars I would. I walked into this store, placed my order and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. 35 minutes later I was told my pizza was ready. When I arrived home 5 minutes later I opened box to a pizza that was cold and old with not extra cheese that I paid for. I immediately called the store to request a credit to my card. The manager answered the phone and acted like he was a regular employee and would get a manager to help me and promptly hung up on me. Of course trying to call again they wouldn’t answer the phone recognizing my phone number. Shame on you Pizza Hut for trying to pawn off an old pizza on me. There is no service from this company and I will try to call corporate customer service tomorrow. This store should not be allowed to...
