Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in New Braunfels

I used to come to this specific 7 eleven because its on my to work and because they have a Laredo taco company. I am from the valley and seeing this brought back that nostalgia that always calls me home. The price is amazing and I would order every morning both here and at home.

I was disappointed to find out this specifc store did not use fresh hand-made tortillas. Whats interesting is that sometimes they do, and I can see her making them fresh. Other times, it's that distinct pre-made plastic tasting ones. It's a 50/50 chance. I dislike the taste so much I'd rather pay a little more down the street at tex best. $Just tried it for the first time. These tacos are a good size with plenty of meat for $3.99 each. The only thing I was iffy about is the meat is premade sitting in warmer containers. The meat did have great flavor though. We got picadillo & carne asada. Both were good & the full size tortillas are really good. Made on site maybe. The only thing that slacked was the Chile. The red was more like tomato sauce and the green had a weird after taste either lime or it was spoiled idk something didn't taste right about it..
