If you have tubed many times and know what you are doing then this outfitter is for you. But if you are going to be tubing for the first time then choose someone else.

They did not ask us if we knew tubing or not and did not bother to give us any advice. We did not even know how to control the tubes and after getting into the river and getting stuck in deadspots and helped by other floaters did we pick up the technique. We wasted a good 45 minutes before actually floating.

Secondly, when we asked if we could tie the tubes together the boys handing out the tubes said not more than two. This was an absolutely wrong advice. As one adult took a kid with them the tubes all got separated and we had to pretty much float by ourselves for a good 3 hours. And this is another thing, it took us way longer than 2 hours, almost 3.5 hours to reach the end. We saw groups of even 25 floaters all tied together so that people were having a good party with friends and it was not boring.

Most important thing is they do not have a parking lot and they do not have proper bathrooms (maybe porta potties) or changing rooms. But they do keep your car keys until you get back.

Their drop off and pick up was good. Unlike other reviews our bus came really fast and we did not have to wait longer than 5 minutes.

Key lessons: you have to tie all of your party members together else you will get separated and it won't be fun. Do take coolers/drinks with you. Also a waterproof bag to hold phones/cameras etc....

To whom it May Concern,

My family and I are visiting Texas and decided to rent tubes from your company. The website said we could get an upgrade is we provided our email address and the rest of our group could too if the also went to the website and provided their email address.

There was no caveat about having to buy individual tickets or that it applied to walk-ins only. This is false advertising. The person on duty said he could not give us the upgrade because he would get in trouble. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager (Nathan). I asked to speak to his boss. The manager then stated the boss 500 miles away. I asked him to call the boss. He then stated the boss is not answering the phone.

The manager said the website upgrade was written 5 years ago. Your companies mistake should not be my problem. Your company should have honored the upgrade. I will.make sure to provide the Better Business Bureau a detail complaint about your false advertising and willingness to uphold your coupon deal.The bus driver then told me Nathan was not the manager. He charged us and extra $35 (7 people) for the upgrade.

I would like a refund for the $35. We should not be penalized because the coupon is not correct.

Last year 2023 was AMAZING you will see the review, below we left then when we left..... 2024, WAS HORRIBLE HERE. The bus driver is not the same guy. The service was horrible. Will never book here again. I would give negative stars if I could, now. Pretty sure this place changed hands bc all the tube's were old and 2 of ours, of the 7 we rented, leaked. Last year they were all matching with nets in the bottom. Not a single person had the same tube. So still operating on that same name but definitely not the same people.

Went for my 43rd birthday and we had a blast!!!! David, the bus driver, was so amazing and kind. He was such a delight. Loved every min of the trip. Only 1 piece of advice. If it's your first time, at the spot of entry, go left. We accidentally paddled an hour in the wrong direction. 😆 We just assumed to go right... The flow was so slow at entry we actually floated the wrong way before we started paddling... Good thing someone was willing to ask what we were trying to do... 😆 Thank you for the birthday gift from the lady at the front when we checked in. So grateful and it worked like a charm. Floats were larger and had more support than others we seen floating from other companies. There was a net covering your rear and I really loved that. 1 tube held 2 coolers!!! Definitely will be back....
