This sonic out of the three that are located in New Braunfels was our perfered location because the food was better here. My husband came to this location right after baseball practice with my son. Except when he got home all the wrong items in the bad were wrong. When my husband called to let them know he called the wrong location by mistake, but they simply said bring the receipt and we will fix it(this was the Seguin st location). Well when I went the next day and instead was told by the car hop and assistant manager that he had worked there for 7yrs and he knows how much each bag weighs and he wouldn’t have messed up. So now you are calling my husband a liar and that’s one thing I don’t take lightly especially after arguing with my husband for not checking to make sure the items were correct before leaving. Read moreGreat service, vast and efficient. Came back to our outside table several times to check on us. Even chatted with my son asking about his cast and what had happened to him. Needless to say this young man definitely earned a tip from us with his attitude and composure. The food was fresh and hot and came in a very timely manner. I was impressed with the man that took my order, I was a little confused about the sandwich I was ordering and he was very patient with me and quite helpful. Read moreThis sonic ALWAYS mess up my order when in Drive Thru. They never want to correct it. They are extremely slow even when it's not busy. And they are not familiar with their coupons nor their app. It's frustrating to use the drive thru and have a wrong order. If I had the time to go back, I would have sat at the stall.
I will hv to try the other Sonic and hopefully get better service. My daughter said when they make a mistake, they own up to it, they remade the order and gave her a complimentary drink. Now that's customer service. I'm not being difficult. It's specialty orders due to dietary restrictions that are being messed up. That's serious stuff!
