If you are considering having your wedding here, I would highly recommend otherwise. The employees who work here and deal with the wedding side of things are very unprofessional, to put it kindly. My friend recently got married here and the day before the wedding they threw so many curveballs her way due to extremely poor communication and attempted manipulation (last minute changes, unwillingness to swap the venue set up from ceremony to reception, reluctance to even give us water, among many more things). The ceremony was beautiful and a true testament to my beloved friends but I am still so upset they had to go through so many hurdles on their wedding day because the people from The Villa could not get their stuff together. They obviously did not understand the importance of this day and made it known through the way they treated the bride, groom, their family, and friends. (Edit: although the owner would have you believe this story is “fictional” and I got these “assumptions” second-hand and that we “never met”, I would like to add that I was a bridesmaid at this wedding and was privy to these lovely interactions between The Villa and the bride - they happened right before my face so to try and come off as I’m making this stuff up is pretty hilarious if you ask me 😂 There’s much more I could respond to from the owner’s response but their lack of professionalism speaks for itself even in that so I’ll let it do it’s...

Thank you for your response, I appreciate and respect your time. However, I'm unsure why you referenced "10-minutes", since I did not mention that in my review. I would love to see the video footage showing any staff or the bartender interacting with me or asking to take my order, since I am sure this did not occur otherwise I would not have left.
I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at The Villa recently. We were one of only two parties at the bar, yet we were completely overlooked while the other couple was promptly greeted and served. Despite making eye contact and waiting patiently, we were never acknowledged. I hesitate to jump to conclusions, but it was hard not to notice that the only difference between us was the color of our skin. It left us feeling invisible and unwelcome. In 2025, this kind of treatment should be a thing of the past. We came to enjoy ourselves, but instead, we walked away feeling disappointed and by the staff response when we left. I hope the management takes a hard look at how their staff treats all patrons. Representation and fair...
Read moreThis is definitely one of the stranger reviews I’ve ever wrote but I wanted to try this place for dinner so I looked up the menu which lead me to their google page. I have yet to visit here but saw they have live music (which I love) and the building looked beautiful. But something I do before I review or visit a place, is look through the highs and lows from other reviewers. The high reviews were all excellent. No problems there. The low reviews on the other hand, and how the business responded to them, were very interesting. It seems as though the business was not only uninterested in taking customer feedback but also seem to be “unpleasant” in their responses to them. I’m not sure what was going on in those reviews but I do believe their responses made it look like a business that does not accept responsibility. One of their bartenders is named multiple times in the high reviews around the same time a lot of the low reviews are complaining about certain things. I’m not too sure about this place but could be wrong so I will still give it a try and...
