Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in New Brighton

This dairy queen wae very unorganized, and you could tell that as soon as you walk in. The first thing I hear when I walk in is someone yelling that they missed something on an order, which right there is a red flag.The customer servise was okay, it is not what I would call friendly though. They said all the routine things like "have a nice day" and "thank you for stopping by", but when it comes down to feeling welcomed and them being friendly, I just didnt feel that kind of energy coming from the employees. I was also very much not impressed with the quality of the drink that I was served, it was super watered down and was not at the level I expect when going to a dairy queen. I was also heavily disappointed on the wait time of my order, especially considering the fact that there was only one none drive through order in front of me, along with the fact that they heavily prioritised the drive through lane, above none drive through. The fact that they go through three whole drive through orders before doing one none drive through order. Overall i was not happy with my experience at this dairy queen and giving it a two star rating is being generous, and I would definately not recommend to someone...

I stopped in the other day and used the counter rather than the drive thru and while I was there the man handling the counter was impatient and seemed put out by those entering the building. I would have dismissed it as a bad moment for this individual but while I waited a door dash driver came for a pickup he was told was ready and he was told first to come around to drive thru and then said the order wasn't ready yet. As the dasher was leaving a young lady came up front and asked if he was for door dash and said she had his order. It was ready in a cooler case directly behind the register.

Time is money for door dashers and I was quite disgusted by the way he was treated by the older male working behind the register. I don't know if that worker hates black people or if he just hates guests who have the nerve to use counter service rather than drive thru, he seemed nice enough to the elderly white man in the lobby. I don't think I'll be back, we have more friendly options nearby for ice...

They seem crabby at this one. And a little slow even when not busy. I like the one on silver lake road, they're always so nice and cheerful. Went there again and same crabbiness but different people. They can never get my order right or have trouble understanding it. And it's a simple order. I just asked for a cup on the side for a chocolate dipped cone, they put it in so it's squished. I asked them to make a new one and the chick was a little pissy. Then they give all our to go stuff without covers (peanut buster parfait) and not in bags for the buster bars (we had multiple) like I'm going to carry all this home myself. Wow. I'm going to drive the extra 2 miles to go to silver lake road next time. Well went there again and my orange Julius was so gross. It was all watery and tastes really weird. What is it with these people? They clearly don't care about...
