Oaks Landing 55+ Apartments — Local services in New Brighton

People here should have more consideration regarding damaging property. We want to live in a clean and well kept place. We can't believe the damage people have done to the doors and elevator. They need to be more careful and have respect for this place. Also, the garbage man probably doesn't need to come so often if people would tear down their boxes. My husband has a severe lung disease and he tears down all of our boxes even though he gets so out of breath. I just don't think a lot of these people have much respect for other peoples property. These 2 maintenance men work very hard to keep up to have this place look nice. Let's have some respect. The cleaning service is done super. I have picked up people leaving their garbage (like 1/2 cups filled with pop, cans, and bottles) by the side of the couches in the hallways. I have come back to get paper towels to clean up some spilled mess in the elevators. Why does someone else have to pick up your mess? Let's have some consideration. We moved our family member in 6and half months ago. Then his income was cut in half so now he needs to be placed on another place that he can afford. And we’ve tried to have the manger contact us and she won’t. Called her multiple times to no avail. They are very friendly till you get in and and aren’t vey helpful any longer.
