I ordered breakfast on the mobile app and when I arrived this short white lady whith blonde hair refused to give me my order. She was talking to me very loudly stating that my order was in STAGE not showing that I paid and I had to go on the mobile app to select a table for her to give me my food. As I sat with my 4 yr old son trying to figure out how to do it. She said I only had 1 minute to add a table number or my order was going to be canceled. I asked her how do I put a table number when the app isn’t asking for it and she told me she didn’t know. Then kept loudly stating she couldn’t give me free food. I paid for my order in the app so how would she be giving me free food. She then said the app would have to refund me since I didn’t pay in the store. I left with no food no refund and feeling very uncomfortable along with feeling racially profiled by other customers eating by the staff loudly saying she can’t give me free food like I am homeless or something. I went back 3 times asking for my money and they refused again. This morning went back firmly asking for my money and the same short racist lady started loudly yelling at me again this time saying I had to bring a bank statement proving that I paid. I showed her the email I got from the mobile order and my transaction history stated that the order payment completed days ago. She kept yelling saying she needed to see a bank statement so I got upset and started yelling back because I refused to leave for a 4th time without a refund. She the told me she wasn’t giving my money back until I calmed down so I called the police and then she finally gave me my money back and then told me I was banned from the store. Read moreAbout a month ago this location had messed up my familys entire order but the biggest issue was the fact that i ordered a big mac meal for my husband and he received 3 pieces of bread and meat..... i never usually call and complain about this type of stuff because lets ll be honest its mcdonalds... but my jusband is 28 year-old retired firefighter dieing from ALS so he looses weight fast and i had enough that day because now he wasnt going to eat it! Also my childrens breakfast meals were all wrong. So i called and told TABATHA the manager what had just happened. She did not seem to care and then she just asked for my name and said come back and i will have it written down as a free meal in the book. I was still upset but thought ok good its handled. I went in same location today at 1130 ordered a number 1 and said that last time they forgot everything on the burger so i have a free meal in the book . The guy just said come to the first window. TABATHA was at the window looking through the book then stating "she dont see my name and she not giving me a free meal" i then proceeded to let her know i called a month ago she said she would write it down .. Read moreLast two times I went here I ordered a 2B. I get it, it's complicated. 2A=Regular, 2B=With Bacon and a 2C meaning Deluxe or something of the nature. Now these are burgers....meaning hamburger. First time around I was stunned after ordering my 2B without onions that I was told it didn't have any onions anyway. I smelled a rat and double checked the order screen. He had infact entered a "Crispy Chicken combo". I politely corrected him and upon picking up my food I felt everything was good and I drove away. Upon opening it I received a 2C. No Bacon. It had tomatoes and lettuce which I hate on burgers. Whatever it's too late now I ate it. Tonight I tried again. I ordered and I was very clear when speaking... I would like a "2 B". Loud and clear. The order taker confirmed it. Once again, I picked up my food and drove away confident that there could be no way my order was screwed up. I get back to work pull out my warm, beautiful, double cheeseburger WITH bacon and guess what.... It doesn't have any bacon. I almost fell out of my chair. I mean come on. That's all I have to say really. It's pretty bad when you only order twice and the order got screwed up three times. That's batting in the negative percentile...
