I am a travel agent and travel for a living, so I like to try the local places! Cheeseburger w/ grilled bun, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup & mustard. It was what I expected - super simple, It was not overly messy, but the grilled inside out bun was a nice touch! The burger patty was fresh, not perfectly shaped - which I Love! The chili cheese dog was delicious! Beef hot dog, split, covered with chili and cheese. Chili looks and tastes homemade, though a little runny, but eating it with a fork worked out perfectly! Bacon Ranch fries - fresh, appeared homemade! Ranch was creamy, bacon was real, and not processed bits. I appreciated that. Chocolate shake, hand mixed, flavor wasn't what I expected. It was tasty but not my favorite - I'll taste another shake when I'm back, didn't dock the rating because many people really love the shakes, so it could have just been me. Food was packaged nearly and appropriately for what I ordered and the service was top notch! There were families in the restaurant eating, restrooms were well kept and the soda machine/ area appeared clean. Pretty impressed with this local burger spot. We will be recommending it to others in the area and as they travel thru!

This was my first time ever trying Wayback Burgers. Gave It a chance because I was constantly seeing Facebook Ads and the restaurant is only 20min away. If you're looking for a honestly very splendid, fresh, fast, great tasting burger you should also give them a shot. The Chicken BLT I had tasted incredibly fresh and better then most placed I've tried. A young man named José was our waiter and he was awesome, very quick, thoughtful and professional. Even gave us extra Brownies for our Brownie Milkshakes. I honestly believe if they did more marketing they could have a bigger restaurant in Philly. If you're looking for delicious burgers and food that isn't going to ruin your insides that night, check out Wayback Burgers. 8.5/10.

Atmosphere and staff were wonderful. The food however was subpar at best. Their featured items "spicy" cheese curds were sweet. Their bourbon burger had 2 of the smallest onion rings I've ever seen and the sauce was overpowering to the point of totally obliterating my palette. The bacon cheese friends would have been very good except half of the bacon was burnt and black. Fried pickles had a weird sweetness to them as well which simply weren't to my taste. The one highlight of the meal was the milkshakes. Both the vanilla and the strawberry shortcake were quite good. My husband did enjoy the ghost pepper burger, had good spice and flavor.

Not a bad place to go, they have a number of items available on their menu, however; if at all possible, if you want condiments like ketchup, mustard, and mayo, ask them if they can put them on the side. Reason being, I had a cheeseburger here, and they literally SOAKED the burger in ketchup and mustard. It affected the roll too, and was getting on my hands, dirtying and requiring the use of many napkins. It affected the taste of the burger but thankfully not too much. If you don't want to experience this, that is why I suggest taking condiments on the side and putting them on yourself, so you control how much is used. Other than this, the food was pretty good, there was the small incident of food wrappers (new and unused) flying around but that wasn't a big deal. They weren't used when picked up off the floor. Stop in and see for yourself what this place is all about. The 3 star rating is due to the overuse...

Ordered from Wayback Burger in Chalfont through GrubHub. I ordered two burgers, onion rings and fries. The burgers were wrapped in paper and the fries and onion rings were just placed in the bag in their open top cardboard trays with a handful of ketchup packets on top them them with a layer of napkins that were soaked with grease and the burgers on top of that. Every single thing was ICE COLD. I took one bite of my burger and threw it away and didn't even bother with the onion rings after picking one up and feeling how cold it was. My girlfriend made it through a couple bites of her burger and a few fries before giving up. $32 right down the drain. Is it really that hard to wrap the food in aluminum foil for it to be delivered so at least it would arrive warm??!! I order out for delivery a lot and have never had food arrive to me like it did from this restaurant, it is just plain...
