Big Cheese Pizza — Restaurant in New Britain

The hours are inaccurate, says they are open until 11 but half the time I will show up around 7-8 and the whole place is closed, seems like they open and close at random times. Staff is EXTREMELY rude. Ordered cheese slices for me and pepperoni for my fiance, asked them to be placed separately because I have an allergy to pepperoni, they placed my slices directly on top of his pepperoni slices and when he asked for different ones because he was worried the pepperoni grease would give me stomach issues and he had asked them beforehand not to put them in the same container, they literally SCREAMED at him and started a whole scene in the restaurant before ripping the cheese slices out of the container (touching his slices with their bare hands) and told us to wait 20 minutes for new cheese slices. (They would not replace the pepperoni ones the lady touched bare handed even though she had just handled cash a few seconds before). The last time we went there at 6pm, they were closed. The time before that we ordered a large pizza, mozz sticks and garlic bread. The mozz sticks were stale and cold even though we ordered in person and waited 25 minutes for the order to be done. Just incredibly rude all around. Only reason we bother coming back is for a quick slice (for price not for quality), beyond that go literally anywhere else...

There food are good but they steal from you and always trying to get over . I made a order with my debit card and they took too much off and try to say they didn't but I called the bank to hear all my transactions and they did take too much off and they just dont try to hear it and keep justifying that they didnt. Also I waited months later and try to give them another chance this time I order food and gave the delivery guy 50$ and he gave me no change back for my order because he said i only gave him 20$ and 10$ folded and im crying my eyes out telling no I gave you 50$ and the guy said im calling him a liar and etc and i wasnt , mistakes happen maybe he mis seen it but i really gave him a 50$ bill. honestly it best just to find a better pizza place bc its not worth it at all !!! & they don't care and dont try to fix the...

I ordered from Big Cheese tonight. I have to say it was the worst experience I have EVER had. I requested half of a meat lovers pizza and half pepperoni. I got a quarter meat lovers if you can call it a meat lovers. Very little meat ...On top of that the pizza was almost cold. I also asked for it to be cut in squares. That didn't happen either!!! So I called and asked for a manager and was told he wasn't there. So I told the person who answered what happened. He yelled at me and said there was no way that could happen and I was imagining it. He then hung up on me. I'm discusted! Don't order from here you will be waisting you money. They are rude and could care less about you or anything for that...
