Froth Cafe at The Assembly Room — Restaurant in New Britain

During my visit, my friend and I enjoyed two delightful drinks that stood out for their presentation and taste.

The first drink was a vibrant green matcha latte, served in a clear glass mug that showcased its beautiful color. The frothy top layer added a creamy texture, and the rich, earthy flavor of the matcha was perfectly balanced with a hint of sweetness. It was a soothing and refreshing drink that I would highly recommend to any matcha lover.

The second drink was a unique pistachio iced latte topped with a generous layer of foam. The layers of coffee and milk created a visually appealing gradient. The taste was equally impressive, with a subtle sweetness that complemented the smooth and rich iced latte.

Both drinks were served on lovely napkins with "love" printed on them, adding a touch of charm to the overall experience. The cafe's ambiance, combined with the excellent quality of the drinks, made for a memorable visit. I look forward to returning and trying more of their offerings.

The assembly room is a really beautiful spot to meet up with friends or have an intimate date. I love the seating area in the front between the windows and the fireplace, it’s so cozy. Froth is a great addition to the assembly room with all their delicious seasonal coffee options and bakery treats from local bakeries, they also have a few things they make n house as well as some grab and go breakfast sandwiches. On my 1st visit I had the spicy mocha iced latte. It was very tasty. You definitely get the little bite of the spice at the end.a yummy change from a traditional mocha latte. There were some really fun fall options I went back for! We had some breakfast sandwiches with a hot chocolate and candied apple latte. The candied apple latte was so tasty. The cutest coffee bar set up amongst other vendors located in the Assembly Room, the town's first food hall! The cafe offers many seating options in the Assembly room (couches, tables, work stations, high tops, etc). Their barista team is so lovely and will give you some recommendations from their menu. The cafe rotates their specials monthly– June’s include the Peanut Butter Cup Frappe and the Fresh Fruit Smoothie. They offer different breakfast sandwiches/wraps, protein balls, and a large variety of baked goods. 10/10 I would recommend their meat lovers breakfast wrap!
