It's Just Wings — Restaurant in New Britain

I placed one of the first orders of the day, for food to bring to my office potluck. It started at 12. My order was confirmed to be ready at 1145-1150 and I was instructed to park in a numbered spot and check in when I got there. I got there at 11:50 and checked in. My food was supposed to be brought to my spot. At 11:58 I went inside and saw my food just sitting there on a rack. I asked a staff member walking by for my food. He pulled the not my job thing (really? Its too much to reach over and hand someone food?). So the waitress finally comes over and I explained I was waiting at my spot while my food sat here getting cold (and I was becoming late for the potluck). She didn't care. She denied it was cold and said she was busy with the computer. (My food was paid for online- she did not need the computer. She literally refused to take 30 seconds to walk my food out the door to my spot (which was right next to the door). Don't offer conveniences if your staff can't/won't perform them. I don't mind getting my own food but if you instruct me to stay in the car but then don't bring the food out, it's ridiculous. This wasn't dinner rush. The restaurant just opened, there was more staff than customers and only one other car parked outside (who also went in to get his food). There is nothing more annoying than sitting there waiting, while your entire staff ignores the food that's sitting there getting cold...

I absolutely love wings. One of my favorite things to eat. It was late night this week I was tired, and I had none to cook on my own. So I ordered Its Just Wings.

Well, if all you do is wings, you are in deep trouble...

The wings were super soggy and had absolutely zero crisp. The skin was disgusting. It also had this white substance that came out as I ate the flats. No idea what this is. Probably the lowest quality chicken available.

Flavor- Why are these so tart and sour? Very little buffalo flavor. I had to add a 1/4 of a jar of proper wing sauce to make these edible.
