If there was a selection for zero stars I would select that option. This location is subpar at the least. The manager that I had an issue with was very unprofessional, and nonchalant in rectifying my issue. I had order 3 pizzas along with two marinara sauces. It took my order two hours to be delivered and once delivered one of my pizzas was incorrect. Instead of it having beef and onions it had beef, onions, and mushrooms. I did not order mushrooms. So, I contacted the store back, and the manager on duty at the time was very unprofessional and distasteful. He asked me if the mushrooms were all over the pizza on or some of the slices. What an insult. I informed him that I do not like mushrooms and its all over the pizza and also the driver forgot the two marinara sauces. He assured me that he was making another pizza for me, and to have the driver pick up the incorrect pizza once he returns. So, an hour goes by I did not receive a phone call nor text of my new pizza being on the way. This incident occurred at 9:14pm and at this point its going on 11pm. I call back no one is answering until almost 11pm. The same manager again answers the phone, and states that the only order in the system for my address was earlier. I became very upset, and requested a refund. Now, it has almost been week and I have yet to speak with anyone from this franchise since I reported the manager and made a compliant to the corporate office. I have not receive my refund as the manager stated that it would take 1 to 3 business days for it to be in my account. They made my pizza wrong so when I called and complained the young lady that answered the phone was rude by putting me on hold without informing/asking me. When the manager picked up he just started talking.. never once said hello just started asking what I wanted him to do??? (Like duh stupid) i want you to fix the problem. He didn’t apologize about they pizza being made wrong or anything. He later offered to refund my money or make a new pizza and delivered it which would take about 30 minutes😒. I told him I would pick it up. A few moments later I called back to cancel the pizza and to get a refund per my Mother’s request. The girl that answered told me she would have to see if the pizza was being made to determine whether I could get a refund. I told her it didn’t matter if it was being made or not because we no longer wanted it and wanted our money back. Then while still on the phone the girl was ear hustling when someone else was talking to me and I responded the girl then commented on my side conversation 😩 I told her to mind her business... she hung up on me 😒 I drove over to the store to speak with the manager in person and that little sorry excuse for a man didn’t apologize for his rude staff after I told him the girl hung up me... he just told the girl to refund my money while walking away. I never write reviews but I had an extremely disappointing and offensive experience at this Domino’s location. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employee at the counter asked for my name, I gave him my name and his immediate response was, “Makes sense.”
Confused and taken aback, I asked him what he meant by that. His response? “It just makes sense, your name makes sense.” This was clearly a passive-aggressive, racist remark, implying some kind of stereotype about my name. What else could he have meant? It was an unprovoked and completely unnecessary comment that felt like a direct attack on my identity.
To make matters worse, when I tried to address the issue and hold him accountable, the manager completely dismissed my concerns and defended the employee. Instead of acknowledging the clear discrimination I faced, they doubled down on protecting the worker, making it clear that this type of behavior is tolerated at this location.
This was an incredibly unprofessional and hostile experience. No customer should have to deal with racism when simply picking up their food. Domino’s needs to do better—starting with properly training their staff on respect and professionalism.
