Normally I don’t write any negative reviews about a business, but this one I had to write. Visited the New Cumberland store on Friday 8/8 shortly after opening, and I was the only one in the store. The 2 gentleman seemed to be in a hurry to push me through, and didn’t let me give my order of two different burritos. The first came out correctly but they were in the process of closing the second and I asked the young man to wait as I don’t think he had all the toppings I wanted. He immediately and rudely told me that he asked what I wanted, and I told him he didn’t give me time to finish. I tried to correct him and I could see he was getting more upset with me. I like to order slowly to make sure it’s right, but this was irritating him and he was giving me more attitude. Finally I just gave up and took the burrito the way it was. I’ve never had a problem at this store, but it will be the last time I visit here. I don’t know what’s wrong with today’s younger generation, they are privileged and act like toddlers when they are wrong. I hope the management takes care of this so it doesn’t happen to someone else. From now on I’ll be visiting the other store in Lemoyne as they are much nicer to...
Read moreThe New Cumberland location is still going strong as a walk up service. I utilize the app to put in my order and collect rewards. They are always prompt at get your order out quickly and accurately, expediting if necessary when you arrive a little bit before your pickup time. The Cowboy Crunch is my personal favorite which won’t disappoint in taste or quantity as the portion size is more likely to cause you to wonder how you’ll get your leftovers home. The staff is super helpful and always willing to lend a suggestion. The only complaint I can think of is that the burritos are so stuffed that often they aren’t totally closed to eat by hand, but the app allows you to order plastic ware and a plate so it all works out in...
Read moreNeato used to be my favorite place to eat, as I would eat there 2-3 times a week. Now since reopening for COVID, they increased their prices and decreased the size of the burrito. $9 for a Cowboy Crunch that is now the size of the old children’s burritos is not worth it. The owner can sit here and deny that everything is the same, but a few people I know who work for Neato have told me that they are making smaller burritos try to recover costs from closing during COVID. It’s such a shame.
Edit: The owner clearly enjoys attacking anyone that calls him out. I regret ever spending a penny in this corrupt business. It’s sort of ironic that the company didn’t reopen until the $600 extra a week in unemployment due to...
