The proteins are cooked very nicely. The salmon and beef we had were delicious. However the Dan Dan noodles appear to be using American spaghetti and really should use authentic “pole noodle.” as people who love Dan Dan noodles, we were really excited when we saw this new business open and we’re quite disappointed that there was no option for authentic pork Dandan noodles and we ordered medium spicy and found it to be extremely mild. The sauce on the rice bowl appear to be package Asian sauces and not made directly at the business. My wife is very sensitive to MSG and we’re pretty sure some of the sauces in the rice bowl had MSG in them..
