DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! It's a bunch of kids who work there. There's always a wait to get your drink or food. They are very unprofessional - no greetings, can't take a simple order, or follow directions. The coffees are horrible! Either they're missing flavor or you have to repeat your order five times just for them to get it wrong. Not to mention the attitude if you let them know your order was incorrect.
Furthermore, the overall atmosphere is chaotic and disorganized. The staff seems overwhelmed and unable to handle the volume of customers efficiently. It's frustrating to see them constantly rushing around, making mistakes, and showing no regard for customer satisfaction.
The lack of professionalism is evident in their communication skills as well. They often mumble or speak too softly, making it difficult to understand what they're saying. It's incredibly frustrating to have to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times.
To make matters worse, the quality of the food and drinks is subpar. The coffees lack the rich and bold flavors that one would expect from a reputable establishment. It's as if they don't put any effort into ensuring a satisfying taste experience for their customers.
And if you dare to point out any mistakes or express your dissatisfaction, be prepared for a defensive and confrontational attitude from the staff. Instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation, they seem to take offense and make you feel like you're the one at fault.
Overall, I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money at this establishment. The unprofessionalism, poor service, and low-quality products make it an incredibly disappointing experience. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a more reliable and customer-oriented...
Read moreNEW REVIEW (September 12, 2020): A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Reduced from 4 stars to 1 star. Currently, this branch hasn't been able to fulfill orders properly. Sometimes, they just forget to give an item ordered and make the customer wait a long time and they fulfill it only when reminded by the customer. Sometimes, they give cold food. And every time they fill in the coffee up to the rim that it has always spilled in my car; once, the hot coffee even spilled on my hands. Lately, I have noticed that they hired too many people. The business owners are unable to find the root cause of the problem for the poor service for which they just hired more people. Hiring more people does not solve a problem, sometimes it aggravates a problem and makes a kitchen crowded to function properly. Like the saying goes, "too many cooks spoil the broth". Dunkin has always been my favorite place, but now for me the water is just over the bridge and I decided to write this review. I am disappointed with the poor service and incompetency of his store to manage a good business.
OLD REVIEW (March 13, 2020): I really like it that this branch employs elderly people. That is a great way to support and bring up a community. The elderly people exhibited great dedication. I was really impressed today with one elderly lady who calmly trained a young lad while placing orders. Keep up the good work Dunkin. It is situations like these that bring me back to Dunkin.
OLD REVIEW (9 months ago): I love the hash browns here. Must also try the egg and cheese wrap. The coffee offered here with regular cream and sugar is quiet close in taste to coffee in India compared to any McDonald's or Starbucks. Crowded on a weekend during...
Read moreI love this place because it is a efficient Sweet Tooth providing Quick Stop for a person in a hurry to get some sugary substances in their belly.
I have almost tried every single donut and have a goal by the end of summer to have tried every drink they offer.
I also enjoy going here because the staff usually on the younger side are very energetic and helpful and very respectful to older folks like myself.
I find that it doesn't matter which Dunkin Donuts I go to in the Twin Cities they all consistently have quick and efficient service whether I walk in or I use the drive-thru.
But I'm most impressed by the consistency of the taste that I'm looking for each time I have to go and grab one of my favorite Donuts which is the apple fritter.
I would highly recommend this place to people who need to get a sugary fix but also to enjoy a lighter less than serious atmosphere for some good coffee compared to Starbucks or caribou. Those shops seem so stuffy and "i"focused vs a friendly , i could chat with anyone feeling while in line or sitting...
