Hy-Vee Market Grille — Restaurant in New Hope

I was just here and we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our food. All the staff were unfriendly and seemed unwilling to help. I was more upset because my 2 year old waited so long, and when I told them, they seemed to make it feel like it was my problem. No compensation was even given. If you're going to make a family wait for nearly 1.5 hours and serve food to others that ordered after you, maybe reflect on how long you plan to stay in business.
