DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT!! BEWARE. I sent an online order to the New Hope. MN location. I have been a loyal customer for years because I like supporting local businesses. The app indicated that my order was delivered. When I went outside, nothing was there. I called the restaurant, and they said that the order was "handed to someone" despite the instruction to leave it on the step. I told them that I have Ring cameras all over my house, and there is no record of anyone coming to the door today. They said they would remake the order and send it out. Then a manger named "Garrett" called and said that his driver told him that he delivered the order and left it on the front step as instructed, so he "had to stand by his driver". I asked him if I needed to drive down there to show him the Ring footage, and he said "yes." He paused for a few seconds and then said, " You know what...we'll just remake the order." I was furious. I told him I wanted the order canceled and refunded because he had just accused me of lying about a delivery that someone else was enjoying for free. He said he did nothing of the sort. I asked him to ask the driver about the discrepancy between handing the order to someone and leaving it on the front step. He refused. I asked for the owners information, and he said "Vallie," but wouldn't give me a way to contact her. I attempted to bring the Ring camera footage to the restaurant to prove the driver did not go to the correct address, but they would not come to the door. I am still waiting for a refund to my card, and if I do not see it, I will take further action. This is appalling! I can not believe that the repayment of loyalty from a member of the community is flagrantly treated with such disrespect. I have stayed loyal even though the quality of food has gone down and the prices are ridiculous. This is the most egregious treatment I have ever received from a local retailer in the 23 years I have lived here. THIS IS A ZERO...
Read moreThis location is best at and really only functions as a online order business that offers Curbside pickup and Delivery. If you go here you will have trouble getting in. The door handle has been removed so that only the workers can enter with a key. You will have to knock and stand outside like I did until someone comes to the door. Even then they don't let you in until you answer a few questions first. Once I was allowed in I was questioned again by two more workers as to why I was inside the location. After a good 5-7 minutes of trying to see if I could order anything I was finally able to place my order. I was then told to wait in my car and that the food would be brought to my car. So I did just that. 50 minutes later I received my food and 25 minutes later I was home eating. My husband says their Steak Calzone with onions, green pepper, no mushrooms, and ranch sauce was small and good. He feels $15 is to much for such a small portion. My Spinach Lasagna with meat sauce and ground beef added was $20. It does come with 8 Garlic Bread Sticks and marinara sauce. This was a very large portion that a family of three could share. This is not the best lasagna but it's edible. It's definitely needs more seasonings and a lot less sugar. The tomato sauce/base is very sweet but the spinach is fresh. In a absolute pinch I would get this again and just doctor it up a bit. I will be trying out a different...
Read moreWorst experience ever! I ordered through grub hub, but never received the order. Then I called sarpinos explaining how I never got the food. I talked to a guy named Jack or something similar to that and he said he was the manager on duty. He then verified my grub hub order I originally made and said he would make that free of charge for the inconvenience, and since they can't cancel the order themselves to call grub hub to get that cancelled. I asked him a wait time and he said the pizza will take 12 to 14 minutes and would deliver it himself for the inconvenience since it wasn't so busy. So I trusted them and did just that. Sure enough a good 45 minutes fly buy and still nothing. I called again and spoke with the owner of sarpinos, or whoever was on charge, because judging by the female pic I see as the store manager, the guy owner I spoke to isn't her. He said sorry for the inconvenience once again and that he never heard of such a thing. He apparently just got there, and didn't know what he could do. Very crappy service. They need a hell of a lot better communication between one another and whoever was working that night don't know how to do their jobs or deserve it. No apologies, or "We'll get it straight to you mam!" You can't ever guarantee getting delivered by them. Now I have no respect for Sarpinos pizza. So much for "well make it right" over their hold line...
