Customer service is absolutely horrible ! I recently placed an online order and very quickly realized I did not need most of the food I ordered because the majority of my family was not gonna be returning home for the evening. Immediately called the local store and was instructed that I needed to call customer service to remove items from the order. Customer service then instructed that it would be easier just to cancel the order and replace it. She put me on hold and contacted the local store and told me the order was canceled to go ahead and place another order online. Seven days later, contacted Customer service to get status of my refund. Was told a message was left for the franchise owner & someone had tried contacting me during the week…In which I had ZERO missed calls from them and no voicemail. Was instructed if I didn’t get a call over the weekend to call back on Monday. Called back, Was told another message was sent to the franchise owner and I would receive a call by the end of the day. NOTHING. Called back this morning in which customer service then tells me they did not cancel the order, they don’t have the power to do that. I then asked her if the local store is telling me customer service has to do it, and customer service is telling me the local store has to do it and I can’t do it online then how is an order canceled? After all is said and done if I do not receive a refund for that first order, I basically paid almost $65 for two pepperoni pizzas. Read moreWent there ordered 2 thin crust pizza's. Lady told us 15 minute wait. People before me said its more like 45 minutes. People were just walking in getting pizzas and a bunch of us waiting. Management came in front had to ask us what we ordered and went back to make it. Totally no order from his employees. Even the pizza maker came out front to double check all of us and verified what we ordered and said it was all in oven. Now we should have had our stuff already done. Even told people who walked in behind all us.. We are not taking any orders we too behind. How do you not take an order and deny someone? Not happy with the service ended up waiting 45 minutes. I ordered online to pick up in the pizza portal but never again because I drove 20 min just to get there & realize they gave my order to some one else even tho it said " ready" so I had to wait another 20 min. Yesterday I went and ordered 2 extra most best which are $6 a piece. I paid for 2 emb but they still gave me one classic. I know it's just $2 dollars and something but it's still money wasted, not the 1st time they give me the wrong orders. I think they need to pay attention more maybe.
