I ordered chili as an appetizer and it was more like water with peppers and meat but had no flavor. My 5 year old got strawberries and the were white and hard. When the rest of the family’s food came over there is 6 of us. The 2 oldest got burgers and they said they were good. I got whale of cod dinner completely overcooked. My wife got a wrap when she picked it up it just fell apart. Tables were full of plates and old food not picked up after people left. I’ve been to many Eat N Parks all around the pa and oh areas and this location was by far the worst. I’m also not a person who does reviews but I felt it was needed. Our server was a young girl (Nina) she did do a very good job making sure we was good with everything so we didn’t want to complain to her.

As always excellent food and excellent service. Anytime I visit the Pittsburgh area, the trip is not complete without an Eat n Park meal.

It's hard to rate this location because several things factor into my even bothering to come make this review.

I got in real quick and was seated.

But then, I waited a while before my waiter showed up and took my drink order...just a decaf coffee and water. It took a while to get my water....and even looonger to get my cup of coffee.

After I had gotten them, I ordered my food (this is probably about 25 minutes after being seated)....and I mean, I got salad bar and chicken alfredo. The salad bar was fine for the most part, but a slice of honeydew that I got was just not good; was almost like fermented.

My chicken alfredo was just....I made some at home just on the fly and it had more flavor and class than this plate did. I like food so I normally don't complain, but I was pretty crabby at this point since I'd waited so long for everything up to this point.

After eating, I mean, I sat for a while waiting for my check while the table behind me got theirs....and a table adjacent to me got their food....

I put my card out with the check and waited a bunch longer for my waiter to take it and tender it.

I'm just....the only reason this review isn't a one or two star review is because my waiter was kind. It's not hard to be kind...but I mean, this guy was beyond just kindness; he knew the people he was serving and was comforting even to me. After the long waits, it was hard to STAY mad at him because he was just so sweet.

I know this is a confusing review. I just waited a whole lot longer to be served and the food was just pretty meh and those two things were bad enough for me to come here and let the world know...even if my server was still professional and...

I cannot recall the last time we visited this particular location, but it will most certainly be our last, as it was the most unpleasant dining experience we’ve had in a long time. For starters, the hostess never even greeted us when we walked in, but simply told us to follow her back to the table, and then we had to wait a while before a server even came to get our drink order, even though it did not even appear to be busy at all at that time. Then a few minutes after we ordered our chicken salads, the server came back to ask what kind of salad/chicken we wanted again. I also clearly requested no onions in mine several times, but mine was still brought out with onions, yet was missing the blue cheese crumbles it was supposed to contain, and both our salads had no dressing whatsoever. I had also asked whether I could substitute the grilled chicken in my salad for herb crusted chicken, but was never informed that there would be any upcharge for this until I noticed it on the bill. As if we were not already frustrated enough with the service to begin with, the icing on the cake was that out of all the empty tables in the restaurant, we were seated directly next to a table of fussy children that were carrying on so badly that we finally decided to ask for takeout boxes so that we could go home and finish our meal in peace. P.S. This feedback was also already shared on the survey link posted in the replies to...

About an hour ago I decided some camel apple pie alamode would be a great ending to this day. Two of us walked in at the same time. She was just ahead of me. Could hear employees talking in a little employee area across from register but nobody came out for at least 5 minutes except the salad par person. He did not achkowledge us nor go get someone. 2 other women walked in be hind me and the other woman. They needed to be sat. Finally, a young girl came out and started to package up the first order. A pie to go. She was wiping her hands and said "this place is so gross!" She could not even package a whole pie correctly, because a worker named Justin came out to seat the 2 behind me. The girl says in front of ALL of us, "Justin could you please take them for me"? He said yes but had to go out and take care of the marquee. While he was seating them, she put a full pie in the bag without boxing it, so of course she finally did once she realized it. She rang her up, completely ignored me and says really loud "Justin I'll get their drinks while your outside." Completely ignores me and leaves the area. I walked out and probably nobody even noticed!!! . Reading some of the other reviews about this place seems you have a lot to do to stay in business with that kind of staff. I've been in the food and beverage industry over 30 years and I was completely shocked at the lack of...
