Cassano's The Pizza King — Restaurant in New Lebanon

We called and ordered delivery and immediately upon hanging up realized all we had was a hundred dollar bill. So we called back to change the order to pick up. Okay, no problem. We went to pick the food up and were told the order had been canceled and we would have to place it again and wait "15ish" minutes. We wait and finally get home with our food only to find it wasn't correct. By this time they had already closed. So we were told to keep it and take it back the next day to be replaced or we could have 25% off the next order. Really? After all that you're going to comp us 3 dollars. Nope, wont be back. We had just moved here 2 months ago and this had been our go to dinner out. But as time went by we have gotten more and more...

I never thought anyone could screw up a cheese calzone but they managed to do it.... I ordered it at 5pm Saturday and showed up at 530pm to pick up my call in order.... waited till 6pm to receive food.... got home and found it was a deluxe calzone.... called back and they said they would have a new one for me at 630pm.... showed up at 645pm and they didn't even make it yet and said it would be at least another half hour because they made it wrong again.... received a refund.... all the while more then half of the employees were conversating in the kitchen while the poor kid was stuck dealing with the rest of the angry customers in line who's orders were also...

Came into town to visit and have always ordered here every time but this hasn't been very successful the past few times. I ordered pizza, breadsticks, piece of pie with two tea's. The only thing that was good was the pie and tea and they were pre-packaged. A 20 minute-online ordered turned into an hour and that meant literally 40 minutes sitting there waiting on my breadsticks while my pizza sat in what it seems like, the counter. Watched many people come and go while I waited on my order. The pizza sat for quite a while before I took it home. I will not be ordering there again. I will be looking for alternative place to eat the next time I come...
