Absolutely unreal, this place. Server was very friendly, and it died from there. Walked in, 3 people at the front desk who looked up from their phones long enough for me to say I was meeting someone and went back to their phones. As I said, server was great, through the night I felt terrible for her. The drinks at this place are a total joke. Not only overpriced to begin with, but they are child-sized. See this thing? After the giant ice cube (and not my first rodeo, I know about large cubes), there couldn’t have been an ounce of liquid in this glass. I didn’t even know they made glasses this small. Like it was made for a child. Then the food came. To be fair, the sandwich tasted quite good, but again the size was unreal (small) and the fries were like some frozen joke. Lastly, those horrific drinks and their even worse prices were charged more than the menu said when the check came. It wasn’t even worth arguing, we just wanted to get out. Watched two other tables sit down and leave without ordering anything.

Had high hopes for this place, sure was a let down. Came in here the other night for a couple drinks at the bar and enjoyed myself so decided to try it out for dinner this evening. I hate to say it but it was hands down the worse restaurant experience I've ever had. The waitress was extremely personable, friendly and attentive. The cheese curds were edible but that is where it stops. The fried pickles were too thick, cold and not cooked at all. The nachos with chicken were presented nicely but were the driest, coldest we've ever had. We each got a side of salsa since it did not come with any and the salsa tasted like it was stewed tomatoes straight out of the can. I will say my green apple mule was fantastic.

Came in to dine in last night for a dinner with my friend. First of all- i never leave bad reviews, look at my google review history. The host was completely rude and ignored me after i said “hello how are you?”. And then just stared at us instead of asking us if we had a reservation, or how many in our party, or even a hello. I just smiled and said “two please”. Reluctantly walked us over to a booth and left without saying anything (booth had hella crumbs in the cracks and on the seats btw). After a few minutes (no biggie at all), the server came over and just seemed annoyed with our presence (no we didnt come in late af). Clearly did not care about giving good service/seemed unhappy to be there. Did not count this against the server as i understand the job and some days are just hard. But they definitely did not seem to care about the level of service we were provided. Just very short and monotone interactions. Finally it comes to pay the bill, tipped 20% regardless of service. The food was subpar and plated poorly; i guess all the staff had a day. Definitely will not return. Food was also overpriced for quality IMO. Also not a manager in site; probably why the staff looked so bummed. Poor...

Don’t waste your time and money here. New Lenox has plenty of other good places to eat. I ordered the $18 Rotini with Italian sausage. The portion was more like a seven dollar order of pasta. The sausage was too spicy, didn’t expect that. The sauce was tasteless. Had to ask twice for the bread that was supposed to come on the side, it came out cold and bland. My husband got the chicken sandwich which was average and he could not eat the fries because they were so nasty and salty. The restaurant looks like somebody was redecorating and ran out of money in the middle of doing it. The chairs were comfortable at least. The server was nice, but she was literally running to and from our table without really checking on us and we always had to ask for a drink refill. Overall, not impressed in the least. It’s sad because we live in the Bluestone neighborhood right next to it. Was hoping for a nice local place to go. This is...
