Went to the New Lenox Target today for a bra and to look at a few dresses for a wedding. I had my ONE year old daughter, I went to try on the items I picked no more than 4-5 items.
I went to wait for a changing stall with the grocery cart, again, with my ONE year old daughter sitting in the cart. The fitting room attendant informs me that I can’t bring a cart into the room. I ask why? She goes “store policy”. I asked again, even if I have my daughter with me? And she goes, no, you can take her out and try on clothes. I asked so if she wiggles thru the gap under the stall are you going to catch and you think I’m going to put my daughter on the floor of a dressing room? I asked again do you allow strollers in the changing rooms ?and she said yes. So I’m just confused.
From a company who makes clothing geared towards gender equality, multi-cultured ethnicities, you won’t allow a mother by herself to bring a cart in to just try clothes with their, again, ONE year old daughter.
Target do better. Won’t be ever returning to another...

He assisted me and my family with buying and setting up a new mobile device - but honestly what he did for me goes way beyond just that. Not only was he fantastic with helping me set everything up but he also offered some great life advice, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience so pleasant and so memorable while we waited for all of the phone data to transfer. Read moreIt’s unfortunate but I have to say that this Target location is full of unhelpful employees. I placed an online pickup order inside the store after they wouldn’t honor their online price in store. Then they wouldn’t process the online order in a timely manner, they made me wait 4 hours to get the item that I could have walked in and purchased if they honored the online price. No one stepped up and tried to solve the problem for me, and this was during a quarantine so instead of being in and out I had to loiter for 4 hours. This location and the people involved are a complete disgrace. I then called corporate and they couldn’t help me either, they offered a 10% discount instead of just fulfilling my order. Terrible...
