11.26.24 update

Finally tried the Steak Salad Blackened, made has it was on the menu med rare, arrived med rare (bonus point) asked for oil vinegar Brett came by and asked where is the balsamic? i didnt know they offered it, i answered, he ran to the back and brought me the cup of balsamic the steak was great the salad worked it just works it is a huge seller and now I understand why, I'm very picky on my orders usually sticking to certain things but this is well worth the order, next time I'll do it un-blackened to allow the meat to shine. As always all the staff is great and I would highly recommend this place.

Update Wifey had filet medallions blue cheese crusted with garlic mash and green beans, Eric brought the dish out and it looked amazing, wifey cut into the steak amd she was pleasantly surprised I would suggest this meal. Also ask about the story on their green beans.

Wifey and I stopped yet again, (judge free zone) had some drinks she ordered the "never ending" chips (not really just feels like it) Ashley was super attentive and super nice made a GREAT Margaritas (wifey lived it) had the chips and garlic aioli (careful these last forever) she had the grilled chicken wrap (pic attached). Love the fact the the owner was on site amd the site was being managed properly all employees where doing what needed to be done.

Good place, they should've never moved Carrie to mon thru friday better saturday day drink bartender.

Edit: Came in today for our 23rd anniversary and was greeted by Lindsay...new bartender.... Was pleasantly surprised with her demeanor and attitude all was on point. Girl really didn't miss a step. I found out that she was on her first shift alone on the bar. She did a good job. Kelly...

Forget the corned beef n cabbage! I make the corned beef at home so I'm guessing this just wasn't cooked enough. There was so much Gristle that we had to keep spitting it out. It was not tender. We think it was a very inexpensive cut for sure. The carrots were hard and crunchy. The Cabbage was good the potatoes were good. Soda bread tasted burnt. And it was all floating in water. Like soup. Would not recommend. Told our waiter. He said sorry. See the picture for all the gristle. And then see our plates that we sent back. Didn't even want to take it to go.

Update: I actually called before then response because people said I should definitely talk to them period so I spoke with kelly who is one of the owners I was told. She was really nice and asked me how to fix it and we agreed on a certificate to come back and try something else. She said she was emailing it right over. Well that never happened so I called back and spoke with the gentleman. A manager I'm told. And he said Kelly just left and he would text her to get the sent out to me. Well I do not find that has happened again. And I just sent her an email. So to be offered something and then to have to ask two times to have it sent is really not the great customer service that it initially started out to be. Omg. Lunch for me and my dad was expensive we lost them eighty dollars! I can't believe how much money we spent on this horrible food and now horrible customer service. So if this does get done I will update again.

I sincerely hate to do this however our experience tonight was horrible and will most certainly be the last time we will visit this establishment after patronizing it for 6 plus years. It started with our drink order sitting at the bar unnoticed by the bartender for a good 5 minutes before we flagged down our server to see where our drinks were. The problem was we were sitting a short distance from where the drinks were picked up by the wait staff. We watched the bartender wait on guests, put away condiments and casually talking to other patrons while our order was ignored!. We finally flagged down our server only to watch him be ignored by the bartender because she was too busy speaking to another employee. When he was finally able to get her attention she acted a bit glib about the fact that she overlooked the order. My husband was not happy and when the drinks finally arrived he complained about the bartenders lack of attention to the server and the server than told us he was used to being ignored by her. “Nothing new!” Honestly, that’s when we should have left. The food was just okay and quite frankly for the $85 we spent I could have cooked a much better meal at home for far less. . My next mistake was ordering another drink that sat a good 5 minutes while our waiter was having a very engaged conversation with the hostess. My husband finally got up to fetch my drink and when our server came back to the table and we told him we got our own drink he said, “great!” and walked away from our table.
