Dunkin' — Restaurant in New London

My latest experience with the DD on Broad St. In New London was by far the worst I have had in some time.

Drive-thru, second car in line of two. Ordering a single coffee and I find myself waiting behind a car where there is a full-blown conversation happening in front of me. The male DD employee was basically hanging out of the drive-thru window talking to a female inside the car.

Initially I thought she was waiting on more food or drink, until eventually she just drove off after 5 or 6 minutes. 5 or 6 minutes doesn’t sound like a lot of time, until you realize that this is a 30 second transaction.

Get to the window; now, I again have to wait because the same person having the conversation NOW has to make my coffee, which is even further delayed because he is dancing and singing to the rest of drive-thru crew.

This location is usually extremely busy and this type of thing happens often. There could be a crew of 4 in the drive-thru window alone, with only one working. With a line of cars wrapped around the building being typical, anything other than moderate efficiency creates a very long wait for everyone in that line; and this happens far too much.

So, TYPICALLY having this kind of experience, I park and go inside to speak to a manager. I go to counter - no customer inside - and ask an employee to speak to a manager. She goes to the back, then returns. ‘Is there anything I can help you with’, she says. ‘No, I’d like to speak to a manager’, I say. She goes back, and returns. ‘The manager isn’t available to come out. She is not really even on the floor, and getting ready to leave.’

Done. So many things wrong and even the management has no interest in its own customers.

Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident at that location, or others. I have had similar delays in may locations, including a 15 min. wait - based on register printed ticket time - again, for a single coffee from the lobby. THAT was a whole CF as one lady didn’t couldn’t get the iced coffee she order via the DD app. After trying to give her a frozen (whipped) coffee, I left and they were just denying her any coffee at all.

DD, if only the professionalism of your crew, to at least some degree, matched your brand. You don’t have a great product, you are just the better option of two bad...

We don't have enough Dunkin' Donuts branches in London and I'll make a manifestation! I swear I'll throw a party with all the fans and we'll eat donuts and probably forget what we fight for, because they're just so good.

From donuts, to brownies, cookies, muffins and cakes -- everything sugary here makes me want to quit my healthy way of life and devour all without feeling guilt.

Dunkin' Donuts recently unveiled a new menu this that it's definitely going to affect my summer body. The company challenges me to step up my dessert game and try cheesecake for breakfast. Drums sound They've released new Oreo and Raspberry Cheesecake Squares -- because donuts alone weren't unhealthy enough.

They have a smooth and creamy cheesecake filling and are frosted with white icing. The Oreo one is topped with crumbled Oreo cookies, while the Raspberry Cheesecake Square is topped with raspberry flavored candy. You know you want it bad.

Even if you're not a junk-sugar-heaven addict, Dunkin' Donuts still have something on their menu for you. They make breakfast and bakery sandwiches, but it would take me a whole new review to describe them.

A friendly reminder: I enjoy eating donuts as much as you do (probably even more), but promise me you won't go to crazy on them. They are 45% saturated in fat and contain 400 calories...

I went to get a bagel with extra cream cheese and butter on the 2 for 4 I'm 6 months pregnant I left the drive thru and walked in and asked the young guy at the register if they could fix it for me he was very nice polite and quick to handle my order he is the only reason I gave one star bc if not I wouldn't have rated it at all he brought my order and receipt to the man cooking the food and he said well you realize it's gonna melt the cream cheese is what he was referring to I didn't ask for a common sense lesson I asked for extra cream cheese I payed for just that he was rude he came back with new bangles and yes again no extra cream cheese massive amount of butter and he was rude an disrespectful and completely disregarded what I asked for and again made it his way I will never return to this location ever I hope no one does these workers are rude uneducated on simple instructions for making food I left and threw the bagels and coffee in your trash outside that's disgusting 20 order in the garbage like covid hasn't impacted us rediculous again the young Hispanic male at the register went above and beyond he's the best...
