Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Market

This location has gone extremely downhill over the past couple of months. A lot of the employees are lacking customer service skills, have an inability to take your order properly through the drive through, and end up making the order incorrectly most of the time anyway. The other day I ordered a pumpkin spice hot signature latte and they didn’t put the whipped cream or topping on it. Today I attempted to order a nutty pumpkin iced coffee, first of all, are the employees even familiar with their own menu? Because it sure sounded like she had never heard of the item that’s literally on the menu board. They were out of pumpkin (totally ok!) so I got just the hazelnut flavor but they didn’t put cream in it nor did they even ask. Bold of me to assume they could make a drink the same way minus the pumpkin flavor, because on the app it says it gets cream. At the speaker they said the total was $6.65 but then at the window they said $7.65 so idk what’s up with that. My BIGGEST complaint is their inability to serve decaf when you ask for it. I am pregnant and have been ordering decaf because higher caffeine content makes me sick. Of course, i don’t know if it’s regular or decaf until I get sick! They always throw the donuts in the bag so they’re a mess and sticking together with icing half missing once it stuck to the inside of the bag. If you order a sandwich it’s 50/50 if it’s going to be burnt. I’m very tired and frustrated with this location as I’ve been a regular here for over a year now. I don’t like to complain or be a “Karen” and always give the benefit of the doubt but at this point this is just ridiculous....

The Middle Eastern Clerk came from the men's room without washing his hands. I confronted him about this because when I went in behind him coming out I found no soap available. Also the basin was dry. HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS and then returned to making food. I confronted him about this and requested soap be put in the men's room. He refused, said he could not leave the store to get soap. This guy was disheveled, greasy looking and is totally disgusting! Most likely had the nasty's on his hands preparing and serving food. I have made complaints to the New Market Police Department regarding health code violations, I have made a complaint to the Shenandoah County Health Department, and I have made an official complaint to Dunkin' Donuts Corporate. If anyone has a contact with Immigration I implore you to use whatever influence you may have because they should check this guy out and determine his legal status because I really have my doubts as to whether or not he is a documented alien. If you don't want to risk exposure to what you can get from someone who uses the bathroom and doesn't wash their hands and then prepares your food I would avoid this place at all...

The service when you go in the morning on weekdays, is one of the best times to go I have figured out throughout my visits. A nice lady named Burgandy always makes my drinks and food, its delicious everytime! So whenever i go I always ask for her and you all should too! The only downside is going during the evening and weekend days, the people that work evening are rude and inconsistent. The Manager especially. The way he talks and speaks to his customers is bland and sarcastic, he gives every customer attitude as I saw when I stayed and sat down to eat the food that was poorly made. As well as hearing constant drama and attitude from the evening shift crew. None of those crew members as well as the Manager can make the drinks taste as good as the morning weekday shift. Let alone make them as good as the sweet lady Burgandy. I suggest they fix things in regards of the evening and weekend workers, because its overwhelmingly aware that they get nothing done and just sit and gossip. So go during the morning and during a weekday! They may be a little short staffed sometimes but the drinks Burgandy makes as well as her crew are...
