I give restaurants three strikes before I don’t support them anymore but I am just beyond baffled by this Mc Donalds location. I’ve worked in fast food before and for a long time so I know it’s not hard to wrap your head around. This is this the first and only Mc Donald’s i’ve ever had a negative experience at and it seems like i’m waisting my money every time. I have a six year old daughter with a dairy allergy and EVERY SINGLE TIME she’s had to miss out on our Mc Donald’s family dinner night because they decided to put cheese on her HAMburger. It’s insulting for it to be wrapped up with a receipt taped to it specifying it has no cheese on it just to open it up and have not just one slice, but TWO. What’s the point of even having the customize option for the burger if the employee is just going to chose it for me. My six year old shouldn’t have to worry about dinner because employees aren’t capable kid reading. This isn’t the only negative experience Ive had at this ‘establishment’ I’ve pulled into the drive-thru and gave my mobil order code as directed, then told to pull forward to the LAST window. I pull forward and an employee try’s to charge me $20 for someone else’s meal. To literally prove I am picking up my mobile order they take MY phone walk away with it into the kitchen and closes the drive thru window. After a five minute wait of them having my UNLOCKED phone the supposed ’manager’ comes back with my phone and barks at me trying to blame me for his obviously untrained employees getting confused by pulling to the last window and not stopping at the first one to get my receipt. He then reads my order to me and read one medium two cheese burger meal as 12 cheeseburgers…he thought I ordered 12 cheese burgers. After taking back my phone and reading to them my order so they could understand they had me pull into a parking spot where I spent another 20 minutes waiting for my food. Read moreWent to your location tonight as my brother and I have done in the past many times and tonight was a very horrible experience. We were excited to see the new double drive thru and updated signage and store. When we pulled up we waited about a minute before we heard the girl speak in the other lane (which had no car). We then waited an extra 2 min before we were served. After we ordered we pulled up and received our one drink. With no one else in the drive thru and maybe one family in the store itself we were asked to park. Why we were asked to park when there was nobody else in the drive thru is beyond me. As we sat in spot two I tasted my drink, which should have been sweet tea, but it turns out it was unsweet tea. We then waited an additional 20 minutes before I got out of the car and went over to the window and told the gentleman how long we had been waiting for our food. He then said sorry walked away starting laughing with another employee, about what I couldn't hear and then gave me most of my food and another drink. I went back to the parked car and checked the bag. I then had to go back to window and get an extra large fry which was forgotten. Instead of putting that fry in a bag I was handed it from an employee who had no glove on at all. Got back in my car and drove off. As we drove we tasted what should have been a sweet tea and it was a coke. Got home to have all of food was cold. We were not happy to say the least. We would not recommend anyone go here at night because the team does not care about anything but going home and hanging out. If I could have given this less than a star...
Read moreI was at the new Milford McDonalds and was setting up my mobile order I wasn’t even there for 4 minutes and I was rushed and asked if we where gonna order something I was having trouble with my payment method so I had to figure it out and I can’t help it think that the only reason the lady rushed and asked cause of the way me and my friends looked the lady’s I guess didn’t realize I spoke Spanish and understood everything said… I do not enjoy being treated as if I didn’t belong there I guarantee the lady looked at me and my friend an immediately passed judgement on who we were, we were rushed because she believed we either didn’t have any money or where just there to snag someone else order which wasn’t the case at all we order online and left. The fact your crew is judging people by there looks then rushing us to order is very unprofessional and assuming people you drugs cause of how we talk and look is racist on it’s own discriminatory. I understand new Milford has a loitering problem but rushing every potential customer cause you wanna assume thru they looks and speaking mannerisms highly unprofessional for any of your workers to do.
