Three Brothers Family Restaurant — Restaurant in New Milford

Three years ago and still give it a one star. UPDATED 1/5/19 We drove from New Fairfield just for the gluten free cheesy bread that they use from Gluten Free Oasis. They had none. We had already ordered n food served. I'd ordered the Mediterranean Omelette that arrived well overcooked and missing two ingredients. Asked for a menu to verify and inquired with the server. He brings out the sour cream and informed me no avocados in stock. It's the restaurants job to inform the servers of things ordered that were not available. I gave my food back and they didn't charge. The older blonde woman working the register stated that the owner Tony is horrible about keeping his own restaurant fully stocked, especially high demand of the gluten free cheesy bread - which comes frozen! But as a customer it's disheartening but to have staff acknowledge that this is a huge constant issue....wow If you're looking for wrong orders, inconsistency, bland food, bitter coffee and the unknown missing ingredients for your order - this is your place. But a place that hopes you don't notice you're missing two main ingredients and the reason you selected that item....yea #methinksnot one star rating then and now is more...

We have been here many times and it’s always a good experience. I’ve gotten takeout from here also. Plenty of parking around the diner. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Very at tentative to us when our drinks were running low. The whole restaurant is Batman themed. From the second you walk through the front door, both sides have large Batman statues and memorabilia. Once inside, it is decorated around the entire restaurant with toys, posters, etc. Definitely a kid friendly environment. Breakfast is served all day.

The food here is great. Any burger selection comes with two onion rings. The fries are some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere. We started with a loaded waffle fries and mozzarella sticks. Both great starters. The cheese on the waffle fries was spread throughout just not on the top. Almost every fry had a topping. I got the Philly Cheesesteak Burger. It was cooked exactly how I wanted. When you look at the picture, it seems like possibly too much. Once you put on the top bun, it creates a cohesive unit of deliciousness. As good as it was, I want to try a different burger next time. If you are looking to find a place where you will find excellent food, an awesome atmosphere, and an amazing staff. This is the place ! I brought my neighbor there 2 weeks ago for breakfast. He had biscuits and gravy and I had a vegetable omelet with bacon, toast, and a empty stomach...LOL My friend said that was the best gravy and biscuit he ever had. I decided to look at other places just to read reviews on that particular meal and was shocked to learn that other places may offer that, but reviews said they were very poor and lacked what their expectations. The owner of 3 Brothers is an awesome person. He actually came over and to sit with us and had a great conversation with us. He truly runs an incredible restaurant. If you look around his place just filled with Batman memorabilia, you really can appreciate how well the interior perks up the whole place. And let me tell you, you get BIG portions of anything you order. I HIGHLY recommend eating there and enjoying an incredible atmosphere.
