I stopped here to get a drink for my hour and 30 min drive to a different city (hot venti white chocolate mocha). The coffee was too hot, so I ended up not drinking it until I got to my destination. I noticed that my cup rattled when I started drinking my coffee. I removed the top and one of the machine nozzles they use to mix or froth the drinks was just floating in my coffee! How did the worker just not realize an essential part of the machine had broken off!?! Customer service gave me $25 credit. Maybe my sister will use it. I think I'm going off coffee for a while. The nozzle looked like a tampon applicator at first. I nearly threw up before I realized what it really was.i attached a photo of it.

Very nice Starbucks! I have never been to a Starbucks that was a community store, but I love the concept. The community room has a long table, 12 chairs, a sink, and a cabinet. There's lots of seating (both indoors and outdoors), also a drive-through. The staff is nice. Enjoyed trying the mango dragonfruit refresher for the first time. I look forward to returning and utilizing the community space!

By far the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. From the person taking my order to person handing me my drink. Every single time I go it’s at least 20-30 min wait I got at there 8:08 didn’t leave until 8:34 But this time not only did I wait 30 min. They were rude as hell which is what really was it for me. I literally felt like I was at a fancy McDonald’s. I shouldn’t be paying $17.96 and feel like I’m at McDonald’s. I ordered a cookie crumble frappe the ladies response literally was “we ain’t got it” what else you want. No empathy no smile no personal feel to it. I felt rushed to order. Then while waiting When I had the audacity to check on my drink another employee looked me dead in my face again in the rudest of ways literally said to me “it ain’t ready yet” as if that wasn’t obvious. Then when I did get my drink it was THE WRONG DRINK with no extra shot. The staff honestly looks lost. I saw two people came in looking for their mobile orders the employees them selves didn’t know were they had placed them. Then you can hear them complaining about the orders coming from drive through. I heard an employee complain because the man wanted almond milk. Everyone single human being complains about work but other customers shouldn’t hear you. Leave that for down time and focus on the drinks your ALREADY behind on. Like I said by far the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ll just stick to what I know and keep going to the Metairie locations. Where the fast AND nice. Even if they don’t have something they are again at least...

Unfortunately, my complaint is made here because one of the managers of this store notoriously refuses to receive complaints about the service without "Asking [you] to leave."

I don't like holding up a line with special requests. & a "special request" should not involve coaching food & beverage workers through cognition of basic sanitary practices.

Before today, I did not know it would always be necessary, @ this location, to say, "Oh, & could u hand me a cup without clutching the lid with the palm of ur hand... touching all over where I have to drink, & serving me in way that gives legitimate cause-for-trepidation that we might be inadvertently killing my mother with covid???"

But, the cashiers here have no problem holding up the line, delaying my break, taunting me by holding-out, but not handing-over a new lid, while mocking or rhetorically accusing me of, "Having a moment?" & I WASN'T "having a moment." Not until u brazenly gave me reason to. After all, you've been selling me a cup of coffee with a creamy consistency that I barely like, 3X a week for 4 years, after u removed the self-serve condiment station - purportedly, in fear of "germs," while I patiently tolerated it & said nothing, out of courtesy. Only to be moralized & antagonized by ur cashiers for worrying about ur germs as much as ur worried about mine, & then kicked out by the manager for expressing dissatisfaction / discontent with all that. As a customer service person, ur purpose is to serve MY "moment." I'm not there to...

On my way to Slidell yesterday I decided to stop at this location instead of my regular one on Maple St. because it has a drive through and I was in a hurry. I was the only one in line which surprised me. The employee greeted me and proceeded to take my order, I ordered a slice of lemon loaf(my fav) and a grande mocha. My lemon loaf showed up on the screen and he said "Just one moment let me see if we have any", which I found strange because usually employees know what they are out of. He came back "Yes we have some, what's the rest of your order?"....so I proceeded to tell him AGAIN a grande mocha...I sat there waiting for him to acknowledge me which seemed to take longer than usual. Finally he said to drive around. I was immediately handed the lemon loaf, he scanned my app and handed me my mocha. The first thing I noticed about the mocha was that it was extremely hot to the point that it burned my tongue, the second thing was that it had absolutely NO taste, it tasted like hot thick water. I know I could've brought it back but had to be in Slidell for an appointment. I might give this location another try, just depends on my mood and the circumstances.

You ask why I mentioned Slidell....it's because my daughter works at a Slidell location and I mentioned this to her. She said that they have been hearing about alot of complaints about the...
