Stopped in for some crawfish, a staple on my diet this time of the year and found their crawfish prices to be astronomically higher than the average. I believe they were almost $5/lb.. while elsewhere in the city, they were $2.40ish… I mean you talk abt 2 for the price of one. 2 lbs of the competitors for 1 lb of theirs… sheesh.

I got a pound and called it a day. I was with friends so we ordered a couple entrees, a few sodas & 3 lbs of crawfish in total. The bill came to well over $100. Upon checking out AT THE FRONT COUNTER, no one came to our table to TAKE the order. They young lady advised that there was a 20% GRATUITY for her simply taking the order… we questioned the policy and objected. At this point, she was unable to answer WHY this was the call for her simply doing her job and the 20% was removed. I am NOT above tipping, I get it, it’s the service industry blah, blah, blah… but tipping THAT MUCH on a counter order that I had to place and pick up… nahhhh that’s going a bit far. And to boot, when she asked another store worker for clarity, he was unable to answer either.

The food was OK, probably would’ve tasted better had they not tried to heist us for our coins with the price of the crawfish and the 20%...

The staff here are VERY rude! It was my first time ordering here and I placed a phone order. When I got to the place, the cashier (a man) told me my price and proceeded to give me my food. Once I heard the price, I’m thinking to myself they must have gotten something wrong. When I saw my meal, it was not what I had ordered. I told the cashier that there must have been a mix up over the phone, because my order was wrong. He told me that he was not going to change the order because it was “already made”. He said I still had to pay. I told him no of course. He got an attitude and said he wasn’t going to fix my order. Y’all….all I had was a hot sausage poboy. I asked for it on a bun, and they gave it to me on a 12inch! What I’m gone do with that!? The sandwich could have easily just been cut in half. Why would I pay $19 when WHAT I ORDERED was only $9 ?! If you want good service, don’t go here go...

This place is a scam. The prices were exorbitant and unjustified. I found the additional $36 "convenience fee" charged to our party of five to be completely unwarranted. There was no service provided beyond ordering our food at the register and taking out our own food. ($40 for 2 pounds of shrimp, $56 for 5 pounds of crawfish, $10 for a Heineken) We were able to get a refund when we double checked the receipt and luckily had not gotten our food yet. It felt like nothing more than an opportunistic attempt to take advantage of customers. Customers deserve transparency and fair pricing...

We were looking for a seafood place to eat and we found the perfect place ! The food was delicious 😋 and the staff was super nice . Family owned and the place is very comfortable. They have tv's great tables to eat at too. We are from Texas and we will definitely come back next time. Thanks !!! Oh and the meat pies were great ! I also got a PO BOY Sandwich ***Update I noticed we were charged $21.44 gratuity fee and it was just 4 of us and we ordered at the register. That explains why our bil came out to $140. I didn't think it was right of them to just add convenience fees like that.

First time here, staff was very friendly. I ordered a roast beef po'boy dressed with gravy. The po'boy had really nice bread they were very generous with the roast beef which is a surprise since some stores have cut back because of high meat prices. The issues I had with the po' boy: the gravy was more like a gel the tomatoes were a little too thick and the lettuce was cut like it could go in a salad.

Independent owned, Not Corporate. I had the Shrimp and it was really good. Wife had the Chicken sandwich, she said the chicken had no seasoning on it, but this is a seafood restaurant so don't expect chicken to be #1 on the list.
