I went here because it was highly recommended by my daughter-in-law and when we entered the place it was 11:07 p.m. and saw the big box and said I wanted that one the young lady asked which kind I wanted at first I said just the meat lovers but then said half meat lovers and half fat boy no onions I'm allergic to onions add extra mushrooms. I paid her the $60 and she said it would be between 20-30 minutes we could have a seat. I decides to go play the slot machine and then went stand back by the counter after losing my money gambling. When my pizza was taken out of the oven I told my daughter to have the guy put extra butter on the edges she was scared to go over there by herself so I just went to the glass and told him he told me no problem. As he went to put the butter on the edge of my pizza I looked at the half that was the fat boy side and noticed the onions I'm allergic to. I told him right then and there of his mistake and thought the young lady just didn't put it in but he looked at the receipt and apologized to me and asked if he could just take the onions off? I looked at him hard at first because I'm trying to understand if he understand what I said about being allergic, another guy comes over and says just give her the same with the meats and another pizza from the old bunch he pointed at I told him I didn't pay $60 just to get a half pizza old and other half fresh out the oven. I had to wait another 35 minutes for my pizza i didn't get a discount for the inconvenience for waiting because of their mess up. I got it home and started feeding my family just to bite into the pizza to have the dough still soggy and had to separately reheat the slices in my oven at home. I called the store no one answered the phone. I will most definitely be filing a corporate...
Read moreOh boy! I came here like the tourists that we all are exploring the French Quarter, and I ordered 2 giant slices of pizza to go, thinking that I would eat one at the restaurant and I would bring the other one to my husband as a surprise. They gave me the slices in a giant pizza box, which was fine, until they told me I wasn’t allowed to eat my slice at the place because I ordered it to go. That was weird I thought, but on, I’ll eat it outside. But since they gave me a giant box I asked if I could have one of the smaller slice boxes for my to go slice since I didn’t want to ride my bike carrying a giant box for just once slice. They would have none of it! They said I already got a box and they couldn’t give me another one. So I ended up carrying a giant box of pizza with just one a slice all around the quarter. The slices are expensive! I’m sure they could’ve spared a smaller box and saved themselves this bad review if they were better at customer service, especially being on the...
Read morePoor customer service. I was helped or should I say not helped by Dominique and Joseph. I requested my slice of pizza on a plate. They refused stating I could only have it in a branded cardboard box. They said they were running low on disposable styrofoam plates and had to go to the store to buy the ones they had. Btw the store is 50 feet across the street. I just left the store and saw one other employees in there. How easy would it be to get more if in fact they did run out. I saw a stack right in front of me, but they refused to give me one for my pizza. To pay $10 for one slice of pizza and be refused a 5 cent plate to put it on is outrageous. Also common sense should tell them that branded boxes cost more that a styrofoam plate. I was doing them a favor. I wonder what management or owners would think of this. To alienate a regular, repeat customer who send tons of tourists your way over a 5 cent plate makes no...
