I’m a very curious person, so whenever I go to a new spot (travel wise too), I love trying things I’ve never seen before and Feng Cha was the perfect place to do that! I went all in on their specialty drinks and was not disappointed. The Dirty Boba and Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba were so creamy and rich, and the Oreo Cheese Milk Tea was the perfect sweet treat (def if you have a sweet tooth 10/10). The Mango au Lait was super refreshing and felt like the ideal drink to kick off a night out. Everything was balanced, not overly sweet and the customization options for ice and sugar were great so I could make each drink just how I like it. The vibe of the place is cozy but fun, and it’s the kind of spot where you can grab a drink and feel hyped up before heading out for the evening. Whether you’re into fruity, creamy, or more unique tea flavors, this menu has something for everyone. I’ll definitely be coming back to try something new from their...

This place is so kitschy and cute. We came around Halloween and it was decorated, which I love. They have both creamy and tart or thirst quenching beverage options. I am picky with the tapioca pearls (or bubbles) and these where actually good. I also like that you can choose the % level sweetness of your beverage because I prefer less sweet. I opted for no toppings with my bursting dragon fruit beverage, yet looking back in the menu I kind-of regret this. They have so many options between their toppings and foam that I am going to have to try them… uh they even have a sea salt foam for all of us salty...

Probably the best bubble tea spot in NOLA! The environment of this store is energetically AND aesthetically pleasing. The drinks were incredible, and the options to really customize your drink are AMAZING! I got the taro milk tea with matcha foam and … HEAVENLY!! The young woman at the cash register was very kind , gave recommendations , and made it to perfection !! Also, the option to sip thru the lid OR straw is very innovative , you can really get the foam that way and it doesn’t just sit at the bottom of your drink - AND the cups they give you are reusable ! 100/10 recommend and will find every reason...

I don’t like to do this but here is the situation. I order a chai tea because the very young gentleman at the cashier said it was delicious. I ordered one with out ice and no sugar but with boba . It tasted like water with orange coloring. I asked if they would be able to change it to something else and they said they would have to charge me for a new drink… This is a grand opening. I’m very disappointed for the poor management service. I wish them a good luck since its a franchise in New Orleans
