Amazing and Delicious! Their egg rolls are special! Unlike any others you have ever had. So many goodies wrapped up in that egg roll, it could be a meal unto itself! The Shrimp and lobster sauce had layers of flavor! Again, unlike any other you have ever had. Delicious! The XO Beef had a depth of beef flavor that was rich and warm! The veggies in this dish were crisp and fresh! Lastly, we had the Kung Pao Chicken. It was full of crunchiness...didnt disappoint! It's a small restaurant, owned locally. Very friendly service. It's a must for returning!

The sesame chicken is literally just that. Sesame seeds on chicken. No sauce. No seasonings. No flavor. It was so gross. I will say that the restaurant is clean and the staff are very nice! I've got nothing against them. I just won't go back and order sesame chicken. Also, the crab Rangoons are made with both real AND imitation crab. It says on the menu they only use the best ingredients... imitation crab is a "best ingredient"? GROSS.

I have never seen a place that looks less like a Chinese restaurant than this place. Once inside I got the vibe of a place that is directly in between a high end restaurant and a take out joint. I did like the wide menu selections. I suggest you go full on Chinese style and start with soup and a veggie dish. The baby Bok Choy was excellent. Despite the mix signal I got on the decor I will say overall my meal was very good.

I would give zero stars if I could! Horrible customer service. Didn’t even get to eat, the extremely rude waitress turned me and my group off from even wanting to wait and eat here (or ever coming back). We came here for the first time on 1/18 around 6:30pm and we weren’t sure if we needed to wait to be seated or just go and sit down as there were no signs saying either. The place is small so we waited by the door, believing a server would come approach us. A waitress was passing us by and I called out “excuse me miss” as she was in front of me and she just completely ignored me. She walked by two more times and continued to ignore us. My friend went up to the bar to ask the bartender if we needed to sit and the waitress came up from behind my friend and tells her in a irritated tone “it’ll be a 30 minute wait” and walks off. We go outside to sit and wait, then waitress comes out and proceeds to start talking about us to a table she’s serving and how unbelievable we were for waiting at the door. I’ve worked in multiple restaurants as a server and hostess and never acted like that even to “rude customers.” Now we are at Mama Thai enjoying delicious food with way BETTER...

Found this place by total accident, and boy am I glad I did! We had intentions of eating at a restaurant nearby, but the wait was too long. We searched for other places close by and decided on Ming's. We had a large party, so we had to wait a short time for a table as Ming's is not a very big place. As we waited, we got to see some of the other patrons get their food and I knew we were in for a treat. Literally everything we ordered was delicious! Everything is served family style, so you can try several things on the menu if you so choose. We ordered shrimp toast, egg rolls, cho cho and dumplings for appetizers. All were very good and I don't think I could pick a favorite. For entrées we had pepper steak, beef lo mein, combination lo mein, General Tso chicken, salt and pepper shrimp and shrimp fried rice. Again, everything was great. Not to mention, the service was also excellent. Our table never wanted or had to ask for anything because our server was always on top of it. Give this place a try! You will be...

Both of us are in the F&B business and I am from NYC. A transplant here 5yrs now. Desperately looking for decent chinese, some are not bad, some are tolerable but Mings is a joy. Great service, family is present and proud, showing off dishes for other tables as they pass our table, which I actually understood the spirit of. It gave me the overview of how the kitchen does. This is how Chinese restaurants should be and many back home are. Moo shu pork was beautifully prepared and very fresh. Green beans, roast red pork julienne, water chestnuts , black mushrooms and more in a flavorful brown sauce. Authentic pancakes and traditional hoisin. Where do you get that kind of variety in a Moo Shu. Shrimp toast crispy, wet and full of shrimp flavor, curry is also great and any specials they have carefully thought out. Happy to report in a city I feel is overrated at best for what they think is great. Btw three times to Mings before this review...
