PJ's Coffee — Restaurant in New Orleans

Pj's has one staff member in the Howard-tilton location that is the single worst customer service provider I have ever met. She talks on the phone, ignores people, and takes her sweet time doing dumb stuff like stocking when the like is WELL over 5 deep. She doesn't ask before she makes things (wrong), she doesn't know how to answer questions, and she doesn't tell you what she is out of until AFTER you pay. I want you to know I have had enough bad experiences with this woman and I will not purchase anything while she is working because she is god awful. I have come here SO many times in hope that it would be good this time around and 100% of the time without fail my food is FROZEN on the inside. This last time I went, three people in a row asked for their food to be re-heated. I’ve been to this pjs many times trying to give them a chance. The coffee is fine but they often take a long time making it. Every time I get a food item at this location it is literally frozen solid inside. It’s to the point where my friends and I have an ongoing joke that the food is going to be freezing.
