Placed an online order. They usually are great at this, but tonight was a night I had to watch my food die. It was the only online order they had and I could read our name. So I kindly notified them that I was waiting on an online order. (dying behind them.) Then some new lady named Kiara plops my food out the window (only a half our later) & yells at the entire staff that my drink should have been made a long time ago! bc it was placed online. (Blatantly said so all can hear) Apparently it should be the worst experience available?? I place my order online bc I get points and it's usually smoother. However at this point I had watched every car in line and person who walked up after me receive their orders. At this point I wished I hadn't ordered at all. Then she brought my drink, I told her my food wasn't even warm. Usually, it's piping hot! & I don't even complain about the refried fries! Yikes, it got worse! She had the new guy with dreds (that used to dance with a tax sign on St Claude) tell me "That's It!" Then the other guy that is always there with dreds ( thats usually pretty nice) says "I don't take food back that went out the window." (Without even glancing in my direction once.) Then Kiara yells "Why is she even still here!" BTW Kiara plopped it out the window personally. & it still had all 3 stickers sealing it. I walked away severely scorned at my own patience for these ppl... with a cold order that was half edible. After working a long day at a restaurant as well. Only to find that the entire order was wrong!!!! And worst of all, they left my daughters entire meal out! I'd rather order waffles down the street from here...
Read moreFood for me good as always, I’m a customer for rally from months, But i don’t feel like going back again with the same employees there, i ordered my food and i asked the lady on the window if she added my fully loaded fries, she said yes and said some few words that i couldn’t really gave attention too , ended up her words with i understand what you are saying, she was rude, for me i respect bit i just was shocked with the the price because it’s a good price, then she told the other employee that i think she didn’t understand what i ordered, and finally when i got my order and open it at home, she made me sure that she didn’t understand what i wanted, so i didn’t really get what i really wanted, and i didn’t get my drink with the meal. Experience comes with the time, the most important is the respect to your customers Thank you rally’s, not the...
Read moreI live about 2 blocks away from this establishment and I thought “oh, they’re open at the moment. I’ll go here because it’s so late (1:45am). I waited almost 15mins for someone to come to the window and almost 20mins to receive my order (a sandwich and fries). When she initially opened the walk up window, there was a pungent smell. I should’ve ran to my car then. After I paid, I asked the manger if she could put ketchup in the bag and she said they were out. I asked if she could put a bbq sauce in the bag and she tried charging me lol. Like, how could you charge someone for an improvisation when you guys ran out of something? She also seemed irritated like I was the reason why she couldn’t leave. No sweetie, your schedule is the reason and kindness goes a long way. Wish I could give zero stars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING...
