Rally's — Restaurant in New Orleans

After sending my old poor uncle walking to the store to pick up my mobile app order armed with the order number . He walked all the way back home very upset and defeated . The worker at the window was very rude saying " Idk what u r talking about ! Idk nothing bout a mobile order ! " .…... Pretty much verbatim . I then got dressed armed with the app on my phone "that up until now I was using regularly " Was then met with the same lack of charm charisma and people skills needed in public service , I stuck up for my uncle then asked them to find my order , it was right there bagged easy to find , cold and soggy . The manager came over listened to my problem handed me the bag did not say a word then walked away . I opened the bag explained that I only had half the order , the worker asked me to move so she could take the next person's order and let her use her personal hotspot to do so 🤬then I asked if I could get fresh fries they gave me 1 med fry nothing fresh in my bite box sent me away , I got home they didn't give my other chicken bites . I went back tried to make peace and avoid repercussions by buying 2 pies and a cream drink with ice cream , " they said they were out when I asked for a cone" got my drink waited 18 mins and had to remind them I was waiting then finally got my cold pies and cold bites , I asked for sauce worker said quote " no they don't come with sauce " I'm not one to complain...

This has got to be the sorriest, nastiest and slowest drive through I’ve ever been through. I ordered online before going through the drive thru and I still waited 40 minutes for my food There was only one car in front of me. I was the second car in line on the left side and I watched four other cars pull up and go before they even acknowledged my side. When they finally came to my window, they handed me my food with four combos stuffed into one bag. My kids were literally crying hungry but I had already paid so I pretty much had to wait for the order. I wish I would have known it was this bad, I would have went somewhere else. I promise I will never return to this location or maybe even any of their locations for this matter. My first and last time trying here. I wish I could give negative stars on...

Only gave three stars because it has been about 20 years since I have had the opportunity to eat at a Rally's I'm from Texas and they close down all the Rally's in Texas about 18 almost 20 years ago when I saw rally's I had to stop unfortunately they gave me some old fries and I had even bought an extra order of fries just to take them back to Texas with me and throw him in my air fryer tomorrow I ended up going back and returning them because not only are they $5 but all my fries were old not only old but also tasted like they were fried in old oil would have loved to give this place a 5-star rating for a five-star experience of taking me back to my childhood but what can I do it is what it is step it up Rally's y'all used to be amazing and I take it y'all still are when fresh and...
