Wendy's — Restaurant in New Orleans

Close to my house. Won't come back and I deter others from going to this location. This happened a little over a year ago, during a slow lunch hour. Literally had the drive thru cashier (short multi colored hair and gold tooth) attemp to steal my money by giving me 2 different totals. Then gave me some bogus amount of coin change back. When I asked for a receipt, she said she couldn't give me one. So I asked for a manager and she just stared at me. So I repeated slowly "M-A-N-A-G-E-R". The manager was standing right next to her the whole time! So the manager turned around and with the BIGGEST attitude asked what "my" problem was. I told her the girl wasn't providing me a receipt. So the manager tore the receipt off the register, handed it to me and shut the window. I just stayed there for a minute in awe. I was fuming at this point and instead of calling the cops (who wouldve laughed at me anyway), I pulled off. Chick still made out with some of my money. And the food? 2 dollar menu sandwiches and a small fry....you guessed it....horrible! Check your change people. And remember, they HAVE TO give...

We used to like this Wendy's but lately it has taken an hour to get through the drive thru for no apparent reason. They were rude, forgot to give us our frostys at first, and then no spoons for them. My meal had a small sprite with it. They gave us the food. Finally got us the frostys and forgot my soda. I could see it sitting by the machine but noone was there to ask for it. They all had left the window. 10 MINUTES LATER!! She walks back over, looking irritated as all hell and grabs the soda that has been sitting there for the entire half hour that we have been at the window and shoves it at me. The people working for Wendy’s should have better training and supervision. I stayed in the line in the drive thru. When I ordered my food I asked for a fruit punch zero the lady who took the ores was unaware if they had that drink. Then after waiting for 15 minutes she came back to ask me what my order was. The car in front me drove up to the window got his order then an arm came out of the pickup window and put up the stop sign with their hand as if to sto traffic. I waited another 16 minutes to witness an angry customer in the lobby area. After another 10 minutes I got my order and asked for a receipt only to be told if she was to put paper in I would have to wait for the machine to print from 2 pm. After getting my food the fries were old and cold the drinks were watered down and the sandwich was the only thing fresh. This was the worst experience I have had...
