Burger King — Restaurant in New Philadelphia

If your a vegetarian or vegan or just thinking about trying the Impossible burger, don't. I've tried them 4 different times ( only at the New Philadelphia location ) and every time they are way over cooked. They're flattened out and dry. Like eating cardboard. It's a shame too because I've eaten these burgers before in different establishment where they were cooked properly and they were delicious but Burger King hasn't got a handle on this....

On my visit, the outside had a few napkins and other debris on the ground. The inside was very clean. There were a few people in line. My order was placed online with a normal wait time for food to be prepared fresh. The burgers and fries tasted fresh and as it should. The fries were hot and not soggy. I always add an extra amount of toppings to the sandwiches. There are two locations on different ends of the city. I prefer this location...

i went through the drive through and simply asked for a chicken sandwich with cheese and NO mayo. they then gave us a CHICKEN MAYO SANDWHICH. then ROLLED there eyes at us. are you serious? maybe if you would do your job correctly i wouldn’t have to complain , we asked for one simple change and were NICE about it.
