Mary Zifer's Pizza in New Philly — Restaurant in New Philadelphia

I ordered a salad and a pizza with sausage and pepperoni. Well I didn’t get my pepperoni on my pizza but they put 5 pieces on my salad. Also the lettuce pieces were in huge chunks. We had to put our own cheese on and cut our salad up. I mentioned on the phone I hardly order from this place and they failed to tell me they don’t take credit cards. Luckily I had some cash on me. They also didn’t tell me it comes with Colby cheese not mozzarella and when I went back in to ask them about it the girl behind the counter had an attitude and was rude about it. My family wouldn’t eat this pizza and I had to go to little Caesar’s and get another pizza and their pizza quality was way better for a $5 pizza. First time to place an order, so I went to pick it up. At the counter I saw a carry-out menu & noticed there was only one in the clear acrylic display rack, actually asked if she had more. She said no but most people just take a picture of it on their cell phone. ☺️ Pizza flavor was good, but I didn't like the spicy sausage. Food was quick, delicious, and unique. The sauce is flavorful with a delightfully crunchy thick crust, the ingredients seemed fresh, and the cheddar cheese really did make it. I'm so glad we didn't ask if they had mozzarella.
