Wendy's — Restaurant in New Roads

At first, everything was great and you do get a better experience if you dine in. Every single time I have ordered through drive thru as a mobile order, I'm still waiting at least 30 minutes after arriving at their window. At least twice now, they are out of baked potatoes so my only other option is French fries. Um baked potato is the healthier option. I wasn't greeted at speaker. I'm told after hearing conversation between employees that I can order when ready. Hello to you too. Now granted it is fast food that isn't fast. I was under the impression that the mobile order option is supposed to be faster and more accurate.
