Old Habour Takeout — Restaurant in New Shoreham

Just plain rude. We ordered over $40 of food at this place, including iced coffee. I didn't like the iced coffee, so I went across the street to get an iced latte. I went back to the restaurant to grab my bags, that were with my husband who was eating his meal, and the incredibly RUDE gut, whom I JUST PURCHASED Del's lemonade from right outside the gate of the patio area would not let me retrieve my bags because I had outside drinks. He kept pointing to the sign that said "no outside food or drinks". Yeah, I get it, but he wouldn't even let me walk in to get my freaking bags. My husband and son are alone while I stood outside the gate for 20 minutes! Seriously, this is NOT how you treat a customer who just spend $40 at your restaurant. And the iced coffee AND the food also sucked on top of it. It only gets business because it's the first place off...

The food isn't bad, but it's nothing amazing or unique. There is also no alcohol available, nor can you bring your own. As others mentioned they charge a 3% surcharge to use a credit card. Given their prices for some pretty basic fare I was surprised to see that. The harbor view is the best thing about this place, but I probably wouldn't go...
