Can't speak on service, as we placed an order for pick up, however the vibe seemed great/friendly from the little time spent paying at the door (the bartender and guests were smiling /having a good time). Food was delicious! Flavours were fresh & well-balanced, which is ideal! We placed an order for pick-up (wait time was only 20-min.) and got the following: - Lobster Rangoon - 2 large (long) lobster filled deep fried rice paper wraps & a sweet chili sauce… which are definitely A MUST! - Grilled Chicken Satay - 4 skewers of chicken w/ a peanut sauce, which was delicious! Not overly peanut flavoured (more a hint) and great flavour! - Poke Bowl (w/ Sushi Grade Tuna) - one size, but filling portion (had some leftover) & a sauce I think might've been a yogurt wasabi flavour? I don't know but it was delicious as well! - Pho (w/ Beef Broth & Round Eye Steak) - a full size soup container worth of broth & separate container w/ noodles & bean sprouts + sauce (large serving). Would definitely recommend eating here, especially later, for casual or romantic night out, as they have a nice 'backyard patio' outdoor seating area in the front (which might be dog friendly?). Only thing I would recommend is if you want to try the kimchi, ask in advance, as they run out. Unfortunately I didn't get to try it as they were out of it for the day; they make it in house & it takes 2 days to ferment. Other than that great food, I imagine great service, quaint, cozy, romantic, casual, loud with laughter & smaller establishment inside. A bit pricer than your average take-out, but worth the fresh flavours & great portion sizes. Will definitely try again. Oh! And don't forget to tip the chef on the way out! (They have a sign to the left of the door with a tip jar & a drum to tap).

TLDR version: The best creme brulee you will ever eat in your life if it is on the dessert rotation when you come, and all the food has been delicious in all my experiences. So when I was last in, Steven told us the servers were having a friendly competition to see who could get the most reviews, because Google apparently deletes reviews after 5 years (which makes sense, and I will have to make sure to stay on top of my reviews. I hope this isn't too late to help your competition Steven). This place opened when I was in high school, and I have never been disappointed by any of the food that I have tried. Whether it was a duck ramen they were trying out for a weekend, or the menu item staple of lobster ragoons, everything I have ever had has been delicious and satisfying. Even when I have brought guests from out of town, everyone has been impressed by how delicious the food tastes. And I say that as a Vietnamese person who grew up with Vietnamese food made by her grandma. But what really made this place one that I frequent is the fact that they have the best creme brulee I have ever had in my life. Even when they are changing the flavor of it, it is always melt-in-your-mouth and perfectly creamy. And the sugar layer on top is nicely toasted and not overly burnt. Even my husband confesses that it is good, and he is not a fan of creme brulee (but does love the Asian alfredo from this restaurant). Everyone is always so friendly, and the service is always great. And if you want a little fun, they host karaoke nights on Mondays. And if you would rather not, they have a nice outdoor area to eat at too.

TLDR: This place was good. Go try it! Our waitress, Josielyn was amazing. This was our first visit and she went over the menu and made some good recommendations to get us started. She was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect during our visit. We tried a variety of food and everything was amazing! The Calamari appetizer, chicken wing appetizer, pho(we tried beef broth), shaken beef, and the rice platter with grilled pork. We had zero left overs. I requested a fried egg on my rice platter and the egg was done perfectly. I wish I had a photo, but got excited and ate it before I remembered. Creme Brule was so good. It is probably the best I've had in years! I can't even remember one that compares. I love the family history shared in the menu, as it resonates with our family as well. We sat inside and were comfortable. Lots of seating inside and out. They had some chill background music playing. The acoustics are good here, so conversation with friends and family shouldn't be an issue. Definitely give this place a try if you happen to be in New Smyrna! We will be back!

Not our bag Baby. Lol We're told to go to the table that just left. It was dirty. We sat down and had to ask the busser to please clean our table, as we were told to sit here. He did. Server came and took drink order and had to tell her we had 4, not 3. She readily brought a 4th set. We ordered apps, while we waited for our 4th. Apps came, we ate, then she showed. Ordered, 1 Pho hot pot style (she expected a hot pot to cook her own meat, not what she expected, ate nearly half was done), 2 ordered Alfredo with shrimp (came out with chicken, there was a person at the table with a chx allergy, thank goodness they took it back to fix it, he said don't bring me food it will take to long, as the rest of my party will be finished, they brought it anyhow and before the rest of us finished) 3 salmon slides were very spicy, to hot so we traded dishes, 4 salmon fushion was like deep fried and dry on the outside, who leaves the skin on!?!! Menu stated a creamy sauce, had to ask for extra as it was not creamy at all. My husband was impressed that they had an IPA beer available! Our friends wanted mixed drinks, one got wine the other got water. I asked for Soju, was suggested a plum or other sake, I got the one with coconut, didn't know I had to shake it or the coconut settled and was super sweet for the last 3 shots. Overall, dinner was mediocre. Not really that good at all. 3 of us were so hungry we consumed more that we liked. Probably will not recommend to anyone. If you go, order something familiar. If you don't like Sriracha, might not be the place for you. They automatically bring you several types. As a side note, it's tight at the door, the bathrooms are androgynous and the hot water is not turned on. So, cold water hand wash....Hopefully this does not reflect that the dishwasher also has no hot...

Staff was friendly, we felt the menu was small/limited, I ordered hot tea to drink and it was brought out in a tea pot that had a layer of dust on the lid and down the handle (going out on a limb here but apparently the hot tea isn't a top seller here) ....too hard to miss so I'm not sure why the server didn't clean it before bringing it out.The pot stickers were great !!! Neither of us liked our entrees.... I had vegetable fried rice and he had chicken stir fried noodles (these are basics and seems like you couldn't really screw either of these dishes up) but they did as both were incredibly sweet....I mean really... really sweet.....like someone accidently dumped a bag of sugar in it...… and there were no other flavors to balance the taste. After several bites neither of us could stomach it so we just paid our bill and left. We set up in the left front corner of the restaurant (if looking at it from the outside) by the window...We could hear the kitchen staff's conversations loud and clear even over the blaring 80's music....This is at 4pm on a Monday so not sure what atmosphere they are going for there but it felt like they were trying to create a Saturday night Bar Scene.....and for who???? We were their first customers and they had 2 carryout orders while we were there....lol We did have to wait quiet a while for our food not sure why.... which gave us time to listen to some more of that great music selection.....party!!! So if you like Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain.....oh no now that song is stuck in my brain.....lol (they get 3 stars because of the great pot stickers and the friendly staff that waited on us....but for entrees they get Zero Stars....I would definitely go back for the...
