đ Third Wave CafĂ© â A Hidden Gem of Culinary Bliss in New Smyrna Beach đș
IN. FREAKING. CREDIBLE.
There are few places that truly take your breath awayânot just from the food, but from the entire experience. Third Wave is one of those rare treasures. From the moment you step onto the property, youâre wrapped in an atmosphere so rich in charm, creativity, and intention, it feels like youâve stumbled into a love letter written to food itself.
Every dish, every cocktail, every garnish is a masterpiece. You can feel the passion in every biteâlike someone dotted every âiâ and crossed every âtâ with a heart-shaped flourish. The attention to detail is staggering. Itâs as if each plate was painted by an artist in the kitchen and delivered by a poet disguised as a server.
The staff? Warm, welcoming, and full of genuine care. Not just good serviceâsoulful service. Youâre treated like a cherished guest at a family celebration.
And the atmosphere? Enchanting. Whether youâre tucked under the canopy in the garden or soaking in the cozy indoor vibe, itâs like dining in a dream.
I could go on and on, but words hardly do it justice. Third Wave isnât just a restaurantâitâs an experience steeped in love, joy, and culinary brilliance. GO. Just go. And prepare to fall head...
Read moreFirst off I just want to say what an amazing restaurant you have, but tonight it fell short. My husband and I sat at the bar which at first was great they made him a specialty cocktail that he ordered which was nice but it went south from there. We were Celebrating a nice night because we just closed on a new house so we ordered a bottle of wine, and I accidentally spilled my glass, instead of helping me clean it up, I was instead brought a bunch of paper towels.I was made to do it myself and instead of offering me a little more wine from say the house White he instead took it out of our bottle that we ordered. That paired with not having our place settings reset and having to ask the runner for resets was disappointing. I'm a bartender, and my husband a Hospitality director and we would have handled that different. The transaction vs. service is what is all to often becoming an acceptable standard. He also had his back to us too often while he talked to his co workers, his knowledge is clearly strong, but the long story short is that for the price point service should be a little better. $140 before tip for one app, one entree and a $40 bottle of wine is steep for most guests, and guests deserve simple...

I have also, eaten there several times and pretty much tried everything on the menu. Never have I had a bad meal. All the food is so fresh. The advocado toast was amazing. The chicken salad is to die for, either on a salad or sandwich. The pizza haven't had a bad one yet and I have tried a lot. The fungi formage is my favorite. I also, had the blue Buffalo. That one was good too. My friend and I ordered the purple wizard to try one time with the cheese board. The pie was so good. I was nervous at first, so I ordered my usual cheese board. I tried the purple wizard and It was so tasty. I would definitely get again. I go here almost everyday when In new Smyrna. The ambiance is neat to. You can sit inside if you prefer A/C. It compares to a quaint little coffee shop. You can also, sit right outside and enjoy people watching up and down Flagler. I however, truly enjoy the outside seating in the back where the cafe is. It wakes you feel like you are eating in a jungle. If ever you are in the area you should stop in. So far I have never been...
