Fuel Fusion — Restaurant in New Trier Township

Have been going to previous Fuel for years and wanted to love this place, especially since we are local, and frequent all of the nearby restaurants. Austin our host/server was fantastic. Food was decent but nothing special to make us come running back. Most unfortunate part of our visit was that the new owner was there while we dined (we were the only table since a late brunch) and did not greet or acknowledge us once. We know a lot of the restaurant owners on the North Shore and found this to be very strange. Not something you do as a new restaurant and while trying to build clientele. I recently hosted a private dinner for eight women at Fuel Fusion owned by Stephen and Angela, as part of an art journaling retreat. The experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly special. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was incredible and each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. And to top it off Austin, the guitarist and singer, provided the perfect musical backdrop, adding a wonderful touch to the evening. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience. Loved this place!! We've been here twice in less than a week. Great food! Everything we've ordered and seen was amazing!! The owners and chef are super creative and the menu has hidden gems throughout. I was thrilled that they could accommodate my kids food allergies and that there were so many options for keto and carnivore for my husband and I.
