2M Deli — Restaurant in New York

I visited this store and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I had to wait 15 minutes before being acknowledged. When I voiced my concern , I felt that it was not addressed professionally. I understand that busy times can be challenging, but better staff training or management of customer flow could improve the experience. I hope to see improvements in the future, as I would love to support...

Staff is amazing, delicious food, friendly environment, Deli/ restaurant been going here for about a year now, have yet to have a negative experience and doubt I ever will. Great job guys keep up the amazing work!

Also if you desire catering you can always call with reasonable timing and 9.5/ 10 they will make it...

I take back what I said it's actually one of the greatest deli's I've encountered finally had a chop cheese and when I tell you it changed my opinion it really changed my opinion about this place!! And the variety of cooked food is awesome !!...
